The guys gather in the kitchen for lunch and I spot Georgia over on the couch looking out the window, she's framed by the light from the sunshine that beams through, she's eating cheese and onion crisps with her water bottle half filled on the table in front, her feet are curled up onto the edge of the sofa - she's adorable and my face softens and I jump when I feel someone's hand clasp my shoulder I turn round to see Rocco "Want a wheatgrass smoothie mate?" I nod "Oh yeah, I'll have one of them they really help centre the digestion!" He makes it and I go sit next to Georgia as Lottie and Hannah join us. Lottie looks at both me and Georgia and says "You know what, I think you two are made for each other." She looks to Hannah who nods in agreement "Yeah, they're cute together." And Georgia turns to them tearing herself away from the window "Thankyou, you two are the sweetest." Lottie holds her hand to her chest "I am not the type to go all lovey-dovey you know that..." Hannah nods and Georgia glances towards her and raises her eyebrows "You know I can see you right?" Georgia laughs and Hannah giggles. And I look towards Georgia who offers me a crisp which I take "These are my favourite crisps!" She smiles, "They're not bad I suppose." She puts another crisp in her mouth "Edible." Her smile widens and I laugh "Just edible? You seem to be enjoying them!" She nods as a sigh escapes her "They're not my favourite but I'll eat them because...well...pig." I shake my head "You are no pig, except for when you snort when you laugh too hard, and hey, I go to the gym but I also like my food so still in the same boat?" She laughs "Ahhh the same boat!" She rests her head on my shoulder and continues to munch on the crisps offering them to me after she's taken one which I gladly take. Lunch is soon over and I grab my bottle and Georgia's to go fill them up, she says she will be down by the pool with Lottie and kisses me on the cheek before she leaves, I head to the sink in the kitchen and stare out onto the lawn as I fill up our water bottles. Priya comes into the kitchen and stands at the counter in front of me I look up briefly from the tap as she says "Oh, Bobby! Unusual to see you alone!" I smirk and look at her "Yeah I suppose it is." And shrug as I put the lids onto the bottles and move round the side of the counter Priya's eyes follow me the entire time, I look to the side and she's moved closer to me so I take a step back just for her to move one step closer and before I know it I've bumped into the edge of the sofa and have no further to go, she laughs "Someone would think you're flustered Bobby!" No, I just don't want to be this close thankyou. "No actually, this closeness..." I gesture between the small gap between her and me "Is a little too much y'know about personal space right?" And I spin round to walk out of the doorway when she grabs my hand, I shake her off and turn "What do you want to talk about Priya?" She smiles "I thought you were never going to ask! You can't avoid me Bobby." She winks. She's full of herself. She continues "You have been teasing me all day!" I shake my head "You must be wrong, I've barely spoken to you at all, and there's a reason for it." She smiles "You're loyal aren't you?" I nod "I can tell..." She drags her finger nail along my chest and I squirm away. "Good talk." I wave back. Urgh. I make my way over to the pool where Lottie and Georgia are dipping there toes in the water Lottie nods in my direction and Georgia looks up shielding her eyes from the sun "Hey, thanks." She takes the water bottle and then looks at me again "Somethings up. What is it?" She sounds generally worried, is it really plastered on my face? I rub the back of my neck and she pats the ground for me to sit next to her she turns towards me and our knees touch. "In the kitchen...Priya...tried it on...uncomfortable." I squirm as I feel the ghost of her nail dragging down my chest. And as I look at Georgia her eyes are soft, and her worried look has remained. "I'm going to talk to her." She stands up and races towards the kitchen before I can protest.
Georgia's POV:
I race over to the kitchen, hoping she's still in there. And as I reach the doorway she's sat on the stool in front of the sink, she turns her head and smiles "Hello, Georgia." Urgh. I wave silently and sit on the stool next to her and face her. I compose myself before I start "Why?" She looks at me confused "Don't act like you don't know! You made Bobby uncomfortable and you know it." She shakes her head, "I did no such thing." I look at her in disbelief "You don't think he would have come and told me a lie really?! He came over and something was wrong, you crossed the line and now your trying to deny it?! Unbelievable!" I look away. She stutters before she says "I have to see if there's a connection Georgia, I have to try." I shake my head "Well you tried too hard, on the wrong person." And I walk away to her shouting "Georgia! You don't understand!" I turn back round "No, I think I do, you already know who you want and no matter what you're going to choose him, and I can't stop you. And neither can he." I look to the floor as I feel my eyes begin to sting, and continue to walk away, my head bowed. I get back to the pool and Bobby stands up and gives me a hug and I melt into it and a sob escapes me.

Georgia had walked back over to me and something wasn't right I stood up and hugged her and then I heard a sound that broke me, she sobbed into my chest, and we remained in a hug until she'd finished crying I soothed her hair and continued to go "Shsh...it's okay I'm here." She steps back and as she looks at me her face is red and puffy. Her voice cracks as she says "She wants you, and there's nothing I can do about it." And my throat bobs, as I struggle to swallow as the full weight of what she just said coursed through me and I feel weak, as I say "I don't want her, I- I don't like anyone here but you." And she sighs and takes my hand and a breathy laugh escapes her "Good thing I don't wear makeup!" And I laugh "Yes! That's true." She holds my hand and walks towards the kitchen "Uhm, why are we? Where are we going?" She smiles and taps her nose. We head into the kitchen Priya is still in there and she turns "Georgia,Bobby?" Georgia's hand tightens round mine as she ignores Priya who seems startled "Can-can we at least talk this through?!" Georgia stops but doesn't turn "We...have nothing to talk about." She carries on up the stairs as Priya calls "It's been two days! I think you're overreacting about this Georgia!" This time I shake my head, and let go of her hand she stops and looks at me and whispers "No." but I shake my head and go back down the stairs "Priya." She looks back up at the sound of my voice "Oh Bobby! At least you can be civil right?" Her eyes bore into mine and I blink "What you are choosing to ignore, is how your advances effect anyone else...I made it clear that I didn't want your advances yet you pushed it. You pushed me. You didn't think about Georgia in that minute, you only thought about yourself." I take a step forward into the kitchen unaware of if anyone can hear me, if Georgia can hear me. I realise I don't care. "Georgia chose me, and ever since then I have felt like I've been on cloud 9!" I smile and then hide it. "I don't want to be coupled up with anyone else." She stands up from the stool and stands to the side of the counter "I- I don't know what to say!" She rubs her hand on her forehead and I gain more confidence "I don't know what I can say to you that's going to change anything, if you like me you like me I can't decide that for you. But I'm not worth it." And I hear it then, I hear a thump on the stair and I debate turning round I debate ending the conversation there and returning to Georgia but I'm not done. "I don't deserve Georgia...I still don't see what she sees in me, but I'm getting there, you...you've made that difficult, your presence has made getting to know each other difficult because she constantly worries about you. Well what I'm really trying to tell you...is I think your making a big mistake." And I walk back towards the stairs where my eyes land on Georgia who's face is wet and red once more and I pick her up and we get up the stairs and I stand there looking at her and I know - I will do anything for her. And I lean down "Freckled together, stay together." And I kiss her, her hands wrap around my neck my hands winding round her waist and I lift her up so that her legs can entwine around my body and I pull away to look at her directly "I only want you...and just you." And a smile returns to her face and it's the greatest smile I've seen, through all that she dealt with today I still was the one who made her smile and I feel proud of that.

Some time must have passed, because when me and Georgia get back outside Lottie shouts "Ooh, I got a text! Guys!" We walk over to where she is stood and she looks at each of us in turn "Back up a little...space bubble." She gestures to the area around her. "Right, Islanders, the recoupling will take place in 1 hour, get ready as Priya is about to choose the boy she will couple up with. #shakeup #recoupling." Georgia tenses beside me, and I lace my hand with hers and give it a squeeze before I leave to go get ready "Make sure you look hot." I wink and she smiles but even I can tell her hearts not in it.
