Day 6: ~ talk to me ~

The lights flicker on in the bedroom and I wake with a grunt to find Georgia curled up in the crook of my arm I smile. She looks so cute in the mornings. She begins to wake and sits upright yawning "Morning all!" I sling my arm around her and cuddle into her neck "Morning gorgeous, sleep well?" She ruffles my dreads "Yes, think so, how about you?" I rub my eyes a little before squinting at her "Pretty good." She laughs "Your so squinty in the mornings it's adorable...Squinty McSquinterson." A low chuckle ripples through me and I playfully push her as I try to open my eyes a bit more, we stay as a tangle of limbs for a little while longer before she sighs "Breakfast, here we come!" And tries to hop out of my arms but I pull her back in for a kiss she smiles in surprise "Oh!" A smile cracks onto my face and my cheeks hurt. "Gah I must have been smiling in my sleep my cheeks hurt like hell!" She snorts "Good dream then?" I nod "Always good dreams." I gently sort the bed out making sure Fan-tango looks like a King before we link arms and head to the kitchen I tell her to sit on the couch and I would bring over a breakfast for her she smiles gratefully before taking a seat I continue to make breakfast filling her water bottle up with fresh water before grabbing two croissants buttering one and then the other, the latter I filled with strawberry jam before cracking on with my own I can see her gaze roaming over my apron which says (melon) baller and I try to hide my smile as I jokingly say "As much as I love that you're checking me out right now...this is meant to be a surprise." Her laugh flits across the room towards me "Trust me I can't see a thing!" I nod "Good" I finish up my avocado on toast and take my apron off folding it and popping it back in the cupboard before heading to the couch with the two plates bowing before passing Georgia her plate "Breakfast for my girl." She smiles sweetly "Thankyou Bobs" I sit down "Your welcome" I kiss her cheek before my gaze lands on the doorway and Lucas comes striding in he huffs a laugh "Well ain't that cute...I bet your proud of that breakfast aren't you Bobby?" I nod "Yeah, I am it's her favourite and I fancied some avocado on toast." Shrugging I take another bite, Lucas smirks "Shame, a girl like Georgia should be treated like a princess...I'm sure she's had a better breakfast right?" He looks at Georgia and she crinkles her nose at him and I don't hide my smile as she replies "Bobby does treat me like a princess and I don't need a fancy breakfast these croissants are perfect." She smiles and quickly glances to me as her smile turns into a smirk and she looks back at Lucas who's face pulls into a shocked expression which he quickly hides "Well, I would like to grab you for a chat later anyway Georgia." And without waiting for a reply he walks out, Georgia snorts "Prick" and I laugh she looks at me and respect floods into me "You swore!" She laughs "He deserved it." I finish my toast and wait for her to finish her remaining crumbs of her croissants "I meant it these are perfect! Best croissants I think I've ever had." She finishes the last bite and I take her plate "Your welcome, I just wanted to do something nice for you." She smiles "Your the sweetest Bobs, I'm so lucky to have found you." And I turn away in order to hide my blush as I reply "I- I still feel like I don't deserve you but I am incredibly lucky to have you and I think we're stronger when we're with each other - watching you deal with Lucas I'm not going to lie it isn't easy he's really trying to seem like the perfect guy for you, but-but he doesn't get you, not like I do." I catch a glimpse of her smile but it fades as she says "He's going to keep trying, but we dealt with Priya were stronger than we were so what if Lucas thinks he's better than you...he will learn he's misjudged you and me." A determined look crosses over her before she smiles at me again "Freckled together stay together" my heart bursts and I race back over to the couch and pull her up into a kiss she laughs "I have no words...for you..." I sigh onto her lips and she gently brushes her thumb across my cheek I pull away "I'm not great at expressing feelings...but with you it just happens." She smiles "Your perfect just the way you are Bobs."

We separate to get dressed for the day and I head back out of the changing room to see that Georgia is having a chat with...Noah! I knew my girl was special but Jee she must be something to be able to chat to him one on one.

Georgia's POV:
I got dressed and headed back out onto the lawn and found Noah looking a little lost without Hope. Though that does sound a little funny! I go over to him and he smiles "Hey Noah, you okay?" He nods "Yes thanks are you?" I smile about how well me and Bobby are getting along and nod "Yeah I'm pretty good!" He motions to sitting on the beanbags and I plonk onto a pink one ungracefully with a 'thud' he laughs to my surprise. "How are you and Bobby?" He shields his eyes from the sun as he focuses on me "I think we're pretty strong, obviously not like you and Hope but I like to think we're doing good" he nods "I get it, it's been what...6 days? I think. I guess time in here feels so much longer, but it's nice to chat to someone other than Hope for once..." He sighs "Are you and Hope still going strong?" He looks out onto the pool "I think so, I do like her and I like hanging around with her but - I want to make friends just as much as I wanted to find someone in here." I nod in understanding "Yeah I get it, I suppose what you might want to do is tell Hope that and well...hope she agrees with ya but I'm going to be honest she is very protective of you and it does seem a bit controlling and maybe you need to take some of that control back." He nods "Bobby is taking effect on you with the whole hope that Hope agrees" he chuckles slightly and I laugh "Yeah I guess he is!" He's so chill. "But I guess just keep being yourself and y'know I'm here if ya need a lil chat." He smiles "Thankyou Georgia" he gets up and reaches his arms out for a hug I shuffle towards him as he wraps his arms around me "They could go round me twice y'know" he chuckles "They could!" Then behind me I hear a impatient cough and turn to find Hope looking displeased. Oh no. Noah let's go of me but not quickly - more casual and calmly and speaks before I can "Hope, we were just having a chat. It was a friendly hug. You know I want to make friends I can't do that if you won't let me." She sighs "I know baby, but that hug...too far." She looks at me "Not here to steal your man Hope, I've got Bobby...but byeeee!" I smile at them both and leave them to their chat which would probably turn into a squabble by the look on Hope's face. Poor Noah.

I turn round and see that Georgia is walking away from her chat with Noah and I wave her over to join me Ibrahim and Gary she smiles as she jogs over "Hey, it's the three musketeers!" Gary laughs as Ibrahim smiles and they both say "Hiya!" Before looking at each other and laughing "Twins!" Gary scoffs "Have you seen him? I don't look like that!" Georgia snorts "I know Gary" she looks at me as she interlaces our fingers "I was just checking that Noah was okay even he feels a little suffocated by Hope I think, he wants to make friends but she's not really letting him." Gary nods "Yeah I think we can all see that." Ibrahim and I murmur in agreement. Then a phone pings and Ibrahim shouts "Got a text! Islanders, please head over to the challenge platform for a game of Kiss and Tell. #spillthebeans #upcloseandpersonal"
