Young misc - these are people who live in the town. They might have parents who work here, or work themselves at a pub or staff at the uni.
Secret roles: As the story develops the characters will join a 'side'. Both are spy organisations. One operates as informants for the magisterium, the other a force that seeks to bring the magisterium down and fight against their injustices.
League of St Alexander are young informants of the Magisterium. They have been recruited because of their shrewdness. Some are pious, some are power hungry, some are super geniuses and others are simply vulnerable and manipulated.
Oakley Street is the name of a street in London that was the headquarters of the resistance against the Magisterium. They were a small spy organisation run by a group of scholars and misfits. They were defeated some 30 years ago, and disappeared as quietly as they left. No one knew or knows of their existence.
