"Princess," One of Elsa's favorite, and personal, guards said to Anna, tapping her on the shoulder. Anna was standing on the edge of the castle's grounds, looking and smelling a few different flowers that were grown in the courtyard. "Queen Elsa has requested your presence in her bed chambers."
"Oh! Thank you, Nicholas." Anna smiled, making Nicholas flash his rare, and handsome, smile. "You should smile more often." Anna said, patting his chest and walked into the castle. She looked back to see Nicholas walking quietly and farther behind her. She knocked on Elsa's door, admiring the swirly art designs on her door that were painted blue.
"Come in." Elsa cooed and before Anna walked in she looked over to Nicholas.
"Thank you again, Nicholas." Anna smiled and walked into Elsa's bedroom. Elsa's bedroom was extravagant in an 'Elsa way' more than expensive. The walls were painted a light purple with darker purple stripes and her bed was donned with black, white and purple accent pillows and a black comforter.
"I thought we were going to the markets?" Anna asked and noticed that Elsa was looking through her closet and there was a few different size bags on her bed.
"No, I'm sorry. I have to pack." She said and gave Anna a sincere smile, then went back to her closet. "Arden is having me going to the Southern Isles," She said and put up a finger to Anna, her mouth was already open to say something. "I know, the Southern Isles, what am I thinking?"
"Uh, yeah. Hans is there. Hans. The man who tried killing us, and almost succeeded, I might add." Anna said but remembered when Hans came back months after Elsa's snowstorm.
Anna had decided to forgive him as long as he would change while Elsa was slightly reluctant and wanted to speak to him alone, instead of in front of Arendelle's council and Anna.
*Flashback*
"Hans?" Elsa knocked at his door, waiting for a response.
"Come in." He said. Elsa sighed and opened the door, seeing him putting a white shirt on, he was wearing plaid pajama pants and must've been getting ready for bed.
"Should I go? You look like you're getting ready for bed." She said and stood near the door.
"No. Please, come in." He said and flipped his wrist over, removing his gold watch and ran a hand through his hair, making it fall back into place. He smiled over at Elsa and walked over, going behind her and shut the door. Elsa felt a deep, thrumming run through her chest, making her nervous with him behind her. "I'm very glad, and surprised, that Anna was able to forgive me."
"She's a very forgiving person. Actually, I wanted to talk to you about your apology." She said and turned around, looking up into his emerald green eyes. There was that thrumming feeling again, Elsa thought and took a few steps back from him, not realizing where she was until the back of her knees hit the bed.
"Feel free to start." He said and moved around the room while he listened to Elsa talk.
"I do want to forgive you. Like Anna, I want you to change." She said and didn't give him much space to talk. "I really don't think you're a monster. You just need to be loved, by your family or maybe you'll find a wife back in the Southern Isles? I hope you are able to find happiness." She said and kept rambling. "I do forgive you though. I won't even hold it against you. I think you could be an amazing person if you'd just show people that side and work on how you present yourself." She said and watched as Hans came over to her, standing in front of her and lightly pressed his pointer finger against her lips.
"Shh." He whispered and saw Elsa's chest rising and falling quickly. He stared down into her crystal blue eyes. She didn't looked scared, more relaxed than he's ever seen her. "I will change. I'll change for you."
"Hans-" She said but was stopped when he leaned down, kissing her quickly and held her with his hands at her back. Her arms wrapped around his neck, holding herself tightly to him, feeling his hands run down her back and rested on her hips. He pushed her down onto the bed, the whole time not breaking away from her, and laid her down on her back. He ran his hands down her side, feeling the dip in her side and the thin fabric between them. "Hans." Elsa said, pushing against his chest, feeling all the rush of kissing him making her head spin. "I- I should go." She said and pulled herself out from underneath him, adjusting her hair and dress while Hans sat up in bed, hurrying to talk to her.
"What did I do wrong?" He asked but she ignored him and pushed past him to leave the room, leaving that in the past.
*Flashback Over*
Elsa sighed fervently thinking of that memory. She didn't know why she pushed him back, she forgave him for what he had done. It's only when they began to kiss and all these emotions ran through her heart and mind is what made her run away. Now with her going to the Southern Isles and on Hans' terms and ground, it made her nervous to see him again. She wouldn't know what to do, what to think with the way she left things.
