"Dergis! Wake up! It's past dawn!"

Dergis opens his eyes and packs his belongings just like Balthazar had been doing. Balthazar cracks open the door and sees that no one had noticed.

"Let's go!"

They walk out the door, with Balthazar leading the way, as Dergis follows. We look to see if anyone is around near the front desk but no one was inside.

"Where is everyone?" Dergis asked.

"I don't know. Whatever is going on it doesn't seem right."

"Let's check the streets outside."

They open the door to the inn and look outside. No one was present. The streets were dead, shops were closed and trumpets were sounding in the courtyard near the gates.

Balthazar and Dergis walk towards the gates to see what's going on with the city. They reach the gates and see a crowd waiting for them staring at them as they approached the gate.

The closer they got there was still no change in emotion until they had passed the crowd passing the gate.

Aldonis shouts out to Dergis with care as he leaves. "Dergis, come please. I want you to stay."

Dergis looks up and responds saying, "Okay I'll stay." Dergis walks back without saying a goodbye to Balthazar. Dergis walks inside the city, up the stairs next to the peak of the wall, by his brother, Aldonis. He looks to his brother and says, "Do it brother! Now!"

Balthazar heard Dergis shout to his brother and quickly turned around seeing Aldonis walk to the edge of the wall.
"Balthazar!"

Balthazar turns around.

"You are now an enemy of our city. You are now on a bounty list and will spread informing other cities as time goes on. You have a high bounty on you head! You're worth 1,000 platinum coins."

Balthazar looked up at Aldonis pissed off and stares intimidatingly. Aldonis and Dergis looks away from Balthazar laughing turning to the stairs to go deeper into the city.

Seconds later, the gates open up revealing an army of Jarrokan Knights.
Balthazar turns around in deception, hurt by a friend he thought he had, and runs without turning around as swift as possible.

Few hours later, Balthazar, tired and weak, stops to rest a few moments, thinking he had lost the army. Seconds later, Dergis shouts to the army giving orders, leading the army.

Balthazar gets up and starts running again tripping on a latch beneath him, revealing a hidden door. After that, he quickly opens the latch and climbs in closing the door shut. He then pulls out a torch, prepared to be lit, and lights it with a rock.

Balthazar starts to walk into the underground tunnel looking for safety. As time passed, one hour later, there was still no sound. Balthazar started to look around for a hidden room and succeeded, laying down as fast as possible to rest.
