Breakups.

Meredith met Sadie in our second year of collage. We had started dating in our first year and it was perfect. As Sadie and Meredith's relationship grew stronger, ours grew weaker.

"You hang out with her everyday Mer!" I said loudly. She rolled her eyes.

"She is my best friends Addie," she replied.

"Yeah, and I'm your girlfriend, does that mean nothing to you?" I asked seriously.

"Don't be like that Addison! She is my friend and that is all" Meredith reassured me. She walked over and kissed me softly and walked out the door.

I decided to walk down to the store while Meredith was gone. Her and Sadie has gone to one of the final parties that the frat boys were holding. I chose to stay in our dorm. As I turned the corner I noticed Sadie and Meredith kissing. I didn't stay long enough for them to see me.  I walked into my  dorm I share with my best friend, Natalie Freedman.

"What the hell is wrong Addison?" Natalie asked me as tears rolled down my face.

"She is cheating on me" I said weakly. She stood up and hugged me tightly.

"How could she do this to you, you guys were the best couple, God even the professors talked about you guys" she chuckled. I laughed too.

"It's that stupid bitch Sadie Harris, she has been in love with her forever and Meredith finally gave in" I said harshly.

"Get the hell off of me!" I yelled harshly. Sadie looked confused.

"I thought you wanted this?" She said.

"From my girlfriend not you!" I said harshly. She shook her head.

"Whatever" She said as she walked into our dorm. I wanted to walk around before going to see Addison.

The door was unlocked, which was normal because Addie never locked it. I opened the door and I froze in horror.

"What the hell, Do you know how to knock!" Addison's roommate yelled.

"Meredith, oh my god!" Addison said getting out of the bed and putting on her cloths. She was sleeping with her roommate. I left the room and went to my dorm. The minute I entered, Sadie left and Addison bathed in.

"You acted all jealous of Sadie so you could throw me off guard!" I yelled harshly. She shook her head.

"I had every right to be jealous, I caught you cheating with her!" She replied. "You couldn't wait to make out with her in the hallway!"

"She kissed me and I pushed her off and  told her I was with you!" I said sternly. Addison's face dropped. "But you had no problem falling into bed with Natalie."

"No! Mer it wasn't like that, it meant nothing!" She claimed. "I-I-I was upset and I thought y-you cheated and I wanted to hurt you, the way you hurt me."

"I'm the only one here who got hurt" I yelled harshly. "We're done!"

"No, Mer please give me another chance" she begged. "I love you, please!"

"No, we are over, now get the fuck out before I call security!" I yelled harshly. The moment the door slammed I broke down into tears. Sadie never returned and I got a new roommate for the next six weeks of collage.

We graduated and went our separate ways. Sadie and I ended up together a year later but like Addison she cheated on me. I went to Mer school and forgot my collage years. When I became a surgeon I thought my life would be free of people who lied and broke my heart. I was wrong. So, very, wrong.
