Cristina's words stayed on my mind for weeks. Every time I saw Addison, I didn't give her looks full of hate and disgust. She noticed it too. I even changed my attitude towards her. Maybe Cristina was right. All it took was someone to open my eyes for me.
"So you work here now?" I asked her when I saw her in the hallway, sitting on a gurney doing charts. She looked up confused at the tone of my voice.
"What are you planning?" She asked, avoiding my question.
"What do you mean, I'm just asking you a question, which you have yet to answer," I said with a little laugh to follow.
"You're being nice, you've been nothing but nice to me since I got here," she deadpanned.
"I know I have been a bit if a bitch but you being here brought up a lot of memories and I wasn't ready to forgive you" I said softly.
"Did Derek tell you? Is that why you're being so sweet?" She asked.
"Tell me what?" I asked. She put down her chart and sat up.
"He and I are getting back together" she said firmly. My face dropped. "Meredith?"
"N-no, I'm good, I-I have to g-go" I stuttered.
"Meredith! I don't think we were done" she yelled down the hall. She might not have been but I was. Just when I was beginning to want her back she we fixing her marriage.

"I was going to tell her how I felt" I told Cristina who was laying in an empty on-call room.
"Why didn't you?" She asked.
"She is staying with him, they are fixing their marriage" I said bitterly.
"Her And McDreamy?" She asked, shooting her head up and looking at me weirdly. "Oh, I'm so sorry Mer" she said.
"It's not your fault" I said softly. "Who want the bitch who sleeps with your husband?"
A/N: sorry it took me so long to update. I was going to yesterday but I had no energy to write and also no plan for the chapter. I was reading a lot yesterday though to give me some inspiration and I am literally in love with Abandoned by WallyBoswell it's so good. If you like Supergirl you should read it.
