Chara's Adventure

Their Final Day...

As they looked at the photo together, they all smiled. This was probably the best family photo Chara had ever seen. Then, they gestured Asriel towards their room in order for him to witness their last moments. 

"Chara. I'm begging you, this isn't worth it!" Asriel said with tears in his eyes. Chara then started to laugh.

"You're such a crybaby Asriel. Besides, our souls will merge together! We'll be as one!" said Chara, "Come on. I need those buttercups. NOW." they said, their eyes glowing.

Asriel startled and gave her the buttercups, still in tears. Chara then took the basket and started to pick the flowers up one by one. Eating flowers still covered in dirt was gross but they had to risk it all for the sake of monsters. 

They then started to digest each and every one until they managed to finally pass out, coughing up blood before doing so. Asriel reached out to Chara, holding out his one hand but failing to save them.

The next thing Chara knew, they were lying on top of their bed, their blanket covering their whole body. Just like how they first fell into the underground. There was blood on the blanket and still on their mouth. Toriel and Asgore were beside the bed, tears on their white-furred faces. Chara looked at each of them. Their plan was bound to work. Then, they saw Asriel, also crying but in the very corner of the room. 

They looked in his direction and gave a slight nod towards them. Asriel nodded back, and once their parents left the room, Chara started to perish slowly but not so painfully.

Asriel then saw Chara's soul and grabbed it immediately. This was all part of the plan. All Asriel had to do was grab the soul and merge it with his. He transformed into a much more adult version of himself and seemed to have big swords in his hand. Then, he heard Chara's voice echoing in his head.

"Now go to the barrier and break it. My soul is powerful enough to do so." Asriel did as told. Then, he saw a big, shining light beaming onto his face.He's never seen the sun before. It was so big, shiny, how could the humans possibly handle this much light all day?

"It's daytime right now. Sooner or later, the sun will go away and there will be moonlight." said Chara with a bored tone. Looks like Chara could also read his mind too. Just great.

"Now go into the main village to your right. There will be humans there. Kill all of them." said Chara, unexpectedly with blood streaming down their eyes. Asriel startled at the sight of that. He didn't want to kill the humans. They didn't deserve such treatment even though they were the ones who sent them to the prison of what was known as the underground.

"KILL THEM. KILL THEM I TELL YOU! OR PERISH BY THEIR WEAKER ATTACKS. DO IT ASRIEL! DO IT!" said Chara, laughing evilly. Asriel then saw a bunch of humans holding pitchforks and torches in their hands.

"QUICK. ATTACK. NOW. ATTACK I TELL YOU." shouted Chara. The humans then made their way towards Asriel, who was holding Chara's dead body.
