You woke to the sound of your phone blowing up with calls and text messages from your Mom. You looked at the time and it was 9:03am

Y/n | Damnit!

You looked around to see if Payton was still in bed, but he wasn't

Y/n | Payton!

P | I'm downstairs!

You ran downstairs and showed Payton all of the notifications.

P | Oh shit. . .

Y/n | I don't know what to do! I think if I go home she'll just be mad at me!

P | It's ok, let's go

Y/n | Yea, this isn't the first time me and My Mom have had an argument

You left Payton standing by his car and walked over to your house. You rang the doorbell and after a few mintues your Mom answered. She had rage in her eyes and you could tell she was furious with you.

You didn't want her to be mad at you, even though she can be a helicopter Mom. You thought of how scared she must of been last night and tears started falling from your face.

Y/n | I- I'm sorry *Cracked crying voice*

Your Mom didn't say anything, she stood there and started to relax her face. She didn't look as mad as before and she pulled you into her arms.

Y/m | So am I *she whispered*

She let you go

Y/m | I should've let you explain yourself, you're getting older and I need to respect your reasons.

Y/n | Does this mean I can go one tour?

Y/m | Yes. . .

You hugged your Mom as tight as you could and you were so happy. You looked back at Payton and he was standing there with a big smile on his face. He walked to you and your Mom and made it a group hug. You all pulled away from the hug and you introduced Payton to your Mom

Y/m | Who's this?

Y/n | This is Payton

P | Hi, nice to you meet you

They shook hands

Y/m | Is he your boyfriend?

Y/n | I- uhmm

You looked at Payton

P | It's very complicated *he half smiled

Y/m | Oooook then, come inside guys!

Everyone came in and sat down in the living room.

Y/n | Where's Dad?

Y/m | Work, what are your plans for today

You didn't actually have any plans but it was a little awkward to be talking to you Mom after what happened. You just wanted to spend the day with Payton.

Y/n | Mainly to apologize to you but me and *You looked over to Payton* Payton were gonna go hang out.

Y/m | Ok, I have to go to the grocery store. I'll see you later *your Mom gave you kiss on the cheek* love you

Y/n | Love you too

Your Mom walked upstairs and you and Payton walked outside and got in his car

P | We're hanging out today?

Y/n | No, that was just a lie

P | We can still hangout though *smiles*

Y/n | Ok, I'm hungry! Let's go to Chick Fil A!

P | It's still morning

Y/n | Fine, we can go to IHop!
