PERSONALITY!

   this poor babe will never really let himself catch a break. senan is the type of person who chooses to dedicate all of his time and energy to others, since he doesn't believe he really deserves it himself. and that might sound sad and all, but he does a pretty good job of keeping up a good spirit for the most part.
   senan has a lot of issues with himself he's still working through. for one, he's struggling with a lot of insecurities, and for two, he's still coming to terms with his sexuality. he also has lots of trouble coping with his anxieties, although he did recently become medicated for it (before the shipwreck and all). it's been difficult for him to build solid relationships because of this, although he's super sweet to everyone he meets. if anyone needs a helping hand, senan would be right there, equipped with a seemingly endless abundance of compassion and selflessness (huge hufflepuff energy here, folks).
   if someone really connected deeply with him, they might discover his passion for writing and storytelling, or realize just how hopeless of a romantic he truly is. they might also see his vulnerable side, where he occasionally breaks down about anything and everything until he gets bored dealing with his self pity or someone comes along and gives him a pat on the back and a cookie. but either way, senan can always pull himself together and put aside his own issues to make room for others in need.

he tries not dwell for too long on the fact that they're truly trapped there (because that would open a whole can of worms and start a panic attack he's not ready for). instead, he busies himself with finding tasks to help the others as much as he can.
