"What happened Shiv?!" Anika asked caressing Shivaay's face.
"The last day of our college, I was super happy that I realized..." he began but the next moment he rested his head on her shoulders again and dozed off to slumber much tired to speak any further.

"Are you planning to tell something?!" She heard Shivaay's voice.
"Yeah, sorry Shivaay!" She said feeling guilty for checking his phone without his permission.
"You needn't be. Did you find something?" He asked casually when she was more than shocked to hear him.

Did he remember what happened the before night?

"Yes-no but what?!" She sounded nervous.
"Yes or no? Give me one answer!" He said back with a chuckle.
"What should I find?" She asked feeling blank when he laughed at her expressions.
"You are so cute, the cutest!" He said again turning her suspicion to real.
"Shivaay I'm not cute." She said turning the other way around.

"Okay then. Now tell me did you find something?!" He asked to which she snapped at him,"What will I find Shivaay! Nothing at all."
"Relax, I was asking if you found something about Rudra's mobile! He lost it right? And I thought you came to tell something about it." He said wondering what went wrong with her but he heard a loud sigh instead.

"Are you trying find something else?" He asked, his tone sounding serious to which she answered, "Yeah!"
"What is it?!" He asked again sounding curious this time.
"About cats!" She said trying hard not to laugh when he said back rolling his eyes, "Very funny!"

Anika picked her phone and messaged, "I found something! Shivaay was talking to Mr.Chopra yesterday. There were so many missed calls from him which is very unusual because Shivaay doesn't really avoid calls!"

"Tia's father?! You noted down the number right?!" A message was received instantly.

"Yes, forwarding it to you." Saying she forwarded the message she noted down the night before.

"I will find out. You relax!" A message popped up again to which she smiled lost in her thoughts.

That night, Anika was in the study feeling a little nervous about the next day. It was one of the biggest events in the whole of her career.

"Anu, everything will go fine!" Sid said as he took a place next to her.
"Hoping so! Wait how did you know what I was thinking!?" She asked surprised.
"Just like how you get to know mine!" Sid winked at her making her chuckle.

Just then Shivaay entered the study.
"Done? Shall we leave?!" He asked seriously.
"Someone is always jealous of us Anu!" Sid sighed while Shivaay glared at him.
"Yeah yeah Sid." Anika laughed and Shivaay smacked his forehead.

"Anu I will drop you home today!" Sid announced when Shivaay reprimanded,"Not at all. I'm dropping her! Anika let's go."
"No I will drop her." Sid enunciated again and Shivaay said back irritated, "You aren't going to."

The argument was still going on, and Anika was fed up. She took a water jug from the nearby table and splashed the water in their directions.

"PANIKA!" Shivaay hollered much surprised while Sid was shocked, maybe this was the first time he experienced this type of shower.

"Panika I will not forgive you for this! I will return this back with interest." Shivaay said very annoyed.
"Panika? It's Anika Bhai, you forgot her name also?!" Sid asked his brother innocently when he received daggers from him.

Anika chuckled.

"Both of you are really cute!" saying she pinched their cheeks simultaneously and continued, "Now bye! I know my way home. Both of you needn't drop me!"

The boys stared at her as she left the mansion.

The Sangeet started as per schedule. The bride's and the groom's side competed, making it more like a war than a wedding function.

"This is not done! How can you cancel without informing me?!" Anika sounded very upset.
"Ma'am we are sorry. We really want to help you but we don't have any choice!" Someone from the other side spoke back.

"Everything fine?!" Shivaay asked as he walked to her.
"Of course fine, go enjoy your Sangeet. Tia is waiting for you!" She smiled at him when he said, "I'm waiting for you!"
"What?!" She asked back to make sure she heard right.
"I'm waiting for you, to dance! I'm a big fan of your dance, you know that!" He answered making her smile.

Anika was to dance next representing the groom's side. As the music started, she danced with extreme grace but somewhere her eyes conveyed something beyond that smile of hers she carried throughout.

"Amazing as usual!" Her gang cheered as she descended down the stage when she noticed Shivaay staring blankly at her from the couch. The function was a grand success, everyone were tired but the gang was super happy they won the war, bride vs groom.

"I better get going! Will meet you guys tomorrow." saying Anika was about to leave when Shivaay stopped her.
"It's too late. You better stay here!" He said to which she answered, "No problem. It's not very late actually!"
"You are staying and I don't want to hear any excuses!" He spoke sternly when Dadi ordered, "Anika you leave!"
"Thanks Dadi!" She said and hurriedly left from there.

"Dadi?!" Shivaay called out to her not understanding her weird behavior.
"Billu it's Anika's wish. We can't anyway keep stopping her forever right?!" She said and left.
"Wait why did Dadi say this!? Forever? Does she know the truth?" He thought.

"You are a savior Dadi!" A message popped up in Dadi's phone when she smiled.
