Jimin had latched himself onto my arm as we walked through the store. His claws gently sunk into my arm every time someone got too close. Even with his bucket hat, I knew his ears were flat against his head. I had him wear a mask and bucket hat that was quite similar to the ones I was wearing. I had to keep in mind that I am still an idol. Social media is always trying to find new scoops in the personal life of an idol.

I don't want Jimin to be exposed to the media. Don't get me wrong. I love Jimin even if I haven't known him for long. But the media can be quite cruel. I will protect him and any future hybrids that I might adopt in the future. I looked over at Jimin as his eyes sparkled when he saw a style that caught his interest.

"Let's go check it out, Jiminie," I said with a smile as I gently pulled him along. We looked at the clothes as Jimin looked at them in awe. I got every single piece of clothing that made him smile. I'm planning on spoiling the absolute shit out of him. We left several stores with several bags of clothing.

His eyes drifted to a boba shop. His eyebrows knitted as he saw the boba displayed on the windows. "Do you want to get some boba?" I asked him. He looked at me like a lost kitten before he shyly nodded. I mentally squealed at his cuteness as I dragged him to the store. I ordered for both of us before sitting in the back of the shop. A waiter soon came with our orders a few minutes later. I slid down my mask as I took a sip of the boba.

I happily sighed at the taste. I looked at Jimin as he did the same and watched as his eyes widen and sparkle with joy. "This is so good!" He said with an eye smile. I only giggled as he took another sip. "By the way... I've been meaning to ask... Why do we have to wear masks and hats?" Jimin innocently asked.

I only smiled at him as I took a sip from my drink. "Have you ever heard of an idol?" I asked him. He nodded as he bit the cookie I got him. "Well, I'm an idol. I love my fans, but sometimes they tend to invade my private life more than the should. I don't want them finding out about my precious Jimin either," I said with a smile. Jimin only dropped his eyes as he played with his fingers.

"A-are y-you ashamed o-of me?" Jimin softly asked. My eyes instantly widen. "W-what?! No! I'm so sorry if it sounded like that! I just want to protect you! I swear!" I said as I panicked but kept my voice down. I quickly grabbed his hands and held them tightly.

"Jimin, I would never be ashamed of you! I promise! I want you to get comfortable first. I don't want to put you in the spotlight so suddenly. I don't want to make you uncomfortable. I also need your permission on letting the media know about you. The media may not always be nice and my fans might go crazy once they find out I have such a cute and handsome hybrid," I said with a soft smile. "That and I want my favorite kitty all for myself," I said with a bright smile.

Jimin only giggled as he smiled brightly. "I-I wouldn't mind. B-but I need some time..." Jimin softly said as he began to play with my rings on my fingers. I nodded with a smile. "We should get going, we still need to load all of your things in the car. That and we still need to go get your collar," I said with a smile. Jimin only gasped as he instantly got up and looked at me with stars in his eyes. He grabbed my arm and dragged me out of the shop with all our bags.

We arrived at the hybrid shop after Jimin practically dragged me out of the Boba shop. We went over to the collar section and looked at the collars. Jimin scanned all of them as he took his time. Jimin locked onto a beautiful thin black collar that had a small silver bell. He gently grabbed the collar and looked over at me with a soft smile. He gently put it against his neck as he shyly looked at my face. "It's perfect," I said with a wide smile. He broke into all smiles. I paid for it and we happily made our way back to the car.

We brought the things inside the penthouse and set them down in his room. I was about to ask him if he needed help putting his clothes away but was cut off as he gently pulled my hoodie. I looked at him as he shyly handed me the box that held his collar as he looked anywhere but my eyes. "Can you please put it on for me?" He whispered.

I nodded with a smile as I gingerly took it from his hands. I took the collar out and gently put it around his neck. It was stunning on him. He shyly looked into my eyes as tears filled his eyes as he gently touched the velvet fabric. "T-thank you so much," He softly sobbed. I smiled softly at him as I pulled him into my embrace. He quietly sobbed into the crook of my neck while soft purrs left him when I scratched his ears.

"Do you need help putting your things away?" I asked gently once he calmed down. He shook his head with a smile. "I'll be fine," He softly said. "Okay, I'm going to be in the kitchen. I'm going make dinner," I said with a smile as I left his room and made my way downstairs. I put on soft music while I began to take out ingredients to make Kimchee stew.

I stirred the stew as I scrolled through my phone. I frowned when I found an article saying how there were a few hybrids that were running around the streets and were supposedly dangerous near my area. They warned people to not approach them and call a hybrid shelter to come pick them up. Poor hybrids are probably just scared.

3rd point of view

Your eyes drifted toward the floor as Jimin softly rubbed against your legs in cat form. You smiled as you bent down and gently scratched behind his ears. His soft bell rung as he continued to rub against your legs. You've learned that it was his own way of saying thank you when he was in cat form. You turned off the stove once the stew began to boil and walked over to your cabinets and to grab bowls. You served the food and sat down at the dinner table.

Jimin moaned as he tasted the stew. Flavors were exploding in his mouth. You only smiled in relief that he liked the food. Many people who had tried your food had asked you if you were a chef. You had worked many part time jobs when you were a trainee. Most of which consisted of you working in the kitchen. You had gained a lot of experience from working at all kinds of restaurants. Your father was also a famous chef who had taught you all his dishes. You both ate quietly during dinner. You understood that he was still a bit cautious around you. It was barely day two of having him in your home. It was going to take some time for him to fully warm up to you. But you were willing to be patient. Once you finished you cleaned up and headed to bed.

Your point of view

Jimin looked up at me in a bit of confusion as he stared at my face mask "It's a face mask," I said as sat down on the bed. "It helps your skin. Do you want to try one?" I asked as I picked up the cat and snuggled him in my arms. He meowed as he nodded.

We were now both snuggled in bed with our face masks as we watched tv. I felt a small weight on my shoulder and turned to look. A smile made it's way onto my lips. Jimin was fast asleep on my shoulder. "Jiminie, you got to take off your face mask, hun," I cooed softly while I kissed his forehead. He fluttered his eyes open and nodded. We took them off and got back into bed. I snuggled closer to him and gently sighed as I drifted off into a deep slumber. I felt a soft lick on my nose before completely drifting off.
