"Y/N! You're awake!" Lily exclaimed, running over to me and James.

James and I quickly let go of each other, James wiping away his tears, acting as if nothing just happened. Lily ran to me, wrapping her arms tightly around me and I hugged her back.

As she let go, more footsteps came from the stairs. Remus and Sirius appeared together, Remus putting his head around the corner, and Sirius with his head on Moony's shoulder. As they saw that I was awake, they both rushed over, and hugged me so tight that I couldn't breathe properly.

"Guys, I appreciate it, but I can't breathe," I informed in a strained voice.

"Sorry, just excited to see you. You know what happened, right?" Remus asked, both him and Sirius letting go.

"Yeah, James told me. I can't remember it at all," I replied.

"So, you don't remember seeing the guy's face?" Sirius asked.

"No."

They all looked a little disappointed, but tried to not show it.

"I'm sorry, I wish I could remember something, but I just... I just can't."

"It's not your fault, Y/N, it's alright," Lily reassured. I smiled at her, feeling a bit better.

After eating breakfast, we all came back to the lounge room, discussing what we'd be doing today.

"Well, there's a forest close by, looks like fun. There was also a frozen lake somewhere in there," I chipped in.

"Yeah! Let's go there, we could find a place for Moony's transformation tonight," James exclaimed, not thinking about how enthusiastic he sounded.

"James," I hissed, nudging him in the side, giving him a 'shut the hell up' look. He winced and grabbed his side, shutting himself right up. Remus' mood dropped, now looking miserable.

"Don't remind me," he mumbled.

"Sorry, Moony," James apologised.

"It's alright..."

"Y/N, does your dad know about Remus'... uh... condition?" Lily asked carefully.

"No... Lils, could you maybe tell him?" I asked slowly. "It'd just be so much easier for you to explain, none of us are as good at explaining things as you."

"Fine," she sighed. "But do I tell him that you're all Animagi? You know it's illegal, right? None of you are registered with the Ministry."

"Don't tell him we're Animagi, just say that we always go with Remus to help, but don't mention the Animagus part," Sirius explained with a shrug.

"Alright. So, are we going or not?" Lily asked in an excited manner.

Soon enough, we found ourselves out in the forest, Sirius and I both sketching the scenery. I, honestly, didn't know Sirius could draw, but I guess I'd never quite payed that much attention to what he did in his free time, I always thought he'd just be out pranking someone or something like that. Guess I was wrong.
