Does this count as teasing?

Another day another tease for Nishkata. What a wonderful day is it today! The sun is bright. A new manga will be released and hopefully a day without takagi !

He soon walked to the hallway they usually met and didn't find her. I guess she is already at school? He said
As he walked he felt weird and sad because he was alone.

Why am I like this. he said. I'm happy she is not teasing me but why do I feel lonely? I mean she is cute.. no! Stay focused you are happy shouted Nishkata.

When he arrived in school there was no takagi. Worried. He asked the teacher where she was

"Sensei" Nishkata said

"Yes ?" Sensei said

"Where is takagi san ?"

"She had a fever I thought you knew already?"

Nishkata was shocked,happy,sad,and confused. He was happy because takagi san wouldn't tease him but worried about her health.

After school

Nishkata arrived at his house.
"Why do I fell so guilty? Maybe I should text her."

"Takagi san are you okay?" He texted

A few seconds later

"No I have a fever can you come to my house?"

"Why?"

"There is no food and I'm hungry"

"Ok then"

Nishkata decided to buy her some cookies. After buying them he walked to takagi san's house. "Why is my heart beating so hard?. I'm just giving her some cookies...." After a while he arrived at her house. He rang the door

Ding Dong!

Takagi san opened the door.

"Takagi San?! Why are you opening the door? I thought you had a fever?"

"I'm alone. My mom and dad is working. Come inside"

'She is in bad shape and all alone. Leaving her right now would be such a bad idea. I think I should stay"

"Please give me my medicine" she said

Nishkata gave her a pill

"Also please check my tempature"

Nishkata got the thermometer and put it on her head. he blushed while doing it

"Nishkata you're so red. Haha"

"Even when you're sick you keep teasing me huh?"

"Yeah hihi"

After a while takagi San felt a lot better and being more active

"Nishkata let's do a staring contest"

"Fine" he said

"So if I win you stay here until tomorrow"

"What?!"

"I'm sick. Please?"

"Fine but if I win no more teasing for today okay?"

"Okay"

Takagi looked at Nishkata in the eye Nishkata tried to hold his eyes open then he said

"Wow she is kinda cute. "

"Nishkata? Did you called cute?"

"Oh shoot!' he closed his eyes and looked away in embarrassment

"Nishkata?..."

"Nothing I said nothing's

"Ok.. btw you lost so you stay here for the night."

"Ok then"

"Why am I dizzy again'

Takagi San fell and Nishkata brought her to her bed and checked her tempature.

"She is hot again. I should get some medication for her.

When he returned takagi San woke up

"What happened?"

"You fainted. I brought you to your room" Nishkata said blushing

Takagi San blushed too but managed to hid it from him

"Am I hot again?"

"Yeah I was really worried about you"

"Wait what?"

" I mean you teased me a lot that is true but you're still a friend and I do worry about you" he blushed even more

"Thanks" she blushed uncontrollably

"Ok go back to bed and sleep. You need some rest"

"Ok slepp next to me please?"

Nishkata blushed even more but said

"Sure"

Takagi San thought  " why does he care about me? I teased him every day humiliated him and made him sad. Without him I will be nothing what am I right now... He is really a loyal and nice boy."

They both slept together until next morning
