"Bro, you won't believe what I just heard-"
Dongmin came to a halt when he noticed the dark-haired girl beside his friend, his lips forming an 'O' shape. Nervously, his eyes darted to Taeyong.
"Marvellous," the girl said in awe, "Lee Taeyong actually has friends?"
Dongmin gazed at her curiously, "Baffling, I know. My name's Dongmin, and you are?"
"Seulgi," she smiled, "I trust you won't hire a hacker to dig out everything about me?"
Her name rang a bell in Dongmin's head, but he couldn't quite remember where he heard it from. "Nah, I have no money, you're safe."
Taeyong raised a brow, "You've no money? Just so conveniently on the day you're supposed to treat me lunch?"
"When did I agree to treating you lunch?" the other boy said in aghast. "Stop trying to scam me, you bastard. This is why you have no friends!"
The dark-haired girl had tore open a new packet of gummy worms, and was now watching the scene unfold in front of eyes with barely concealed amusement while chewing on her sweets. "Good God, you're that type of person? Thank the Lord we aren't friends."
The bleached-haired boy scowled at her, "Hey now, you can't just withdraw your friendship offer this way, that's illegal. Plus," he turned sulkily to Dongmin, "I have no friends because they die a few years into the friendship and I get accused for murdering them."
Dongmin ran a hand through his silky locks and huffed out a sigh, "Oh, so now you care about that issue, huh. Where was this same concern and worry when the situation was at peak?"
Seulgi looked between the two with wide eyes, "Everything that was just said sounded extremely concerning, guys."
"Did it?" Taeyong leaned back against his locker, acting like the cool jock he wasn't. "Welcome to my life. That was the mildest event that had happened this year."
The dark-haired girl cocked a brow, turning to Dongmin, "Please tell me he's kidding."
"He is, that's the most interesting thing that happened in his life."
"Knew this bitch was boring," she snapped her fingers. "Thanks, man. Think we'll get along really well."
"I think so too," Dongmin agreed.
The left out Geography major folded his arms with a tiny pout. "Oh, so this is how it's gonna be from now, huh?" he demanded hotly, "The two of you against little ol'me?"
"What's the main aim of his statement here?" Seulgi turned to the other boy.
