Greenery rich and lush extends,
From my feet where I stand,
They speed on before me,
Racing and garnished with colours,
Blotches of red Hibiscus, yellow sunflower,
Splashes of purest jasmine and roses,

That green canvas filled with pastures,
They climb those two twin mountains,
Igniting their depths in luminous green,
Their characteristic blue peeking,
Giving undercurrents of aqua,

The twin mountains; one, a shade darker,
Being slightly behind its brother,
Seemingly in the shadow,
The other one, of paler tones, topped,
With a bright amount of melting snow,
As the morning Sun rises in full glory,
From behind the twin mountains,
First over the darker one,
Then over the other,
In the glare of the beautiful sun,
The mountains merge in my vision,
With no distinction between each other,
With a golden Sun as it's crown,

I see you there, Vishnu.
I see you there, Sesha.
I see you, Ananta Padmanābha.

I see you, Kannā.
My eyes only see you.

A beautiful crown atop,
That serene aquamarine visage,
Like that mountain with a Sun behind:
A tiara for its majesty.

Your golden crown ensnaring,
In all in its magnificence,
Dotted with laughing pearls,
Hibiscus like rubies, jasmine diamonds,
Sapphire roses and sunflower topaz,
Splashing all their colours on me.
Colouring me in a kaleidoscope of stars,
Oh, now you play Holi!

Your crown's reflection: my life.
Laughter filled colours, that dance.
Everything yours. Myself, a reflection.

Oh Raghunātha, I always see You.

I move forward, and touch,
That heavy crown You wear.
A crown that knew the pain of waiting.
For fourteen long years it did.

My fingers brush those long dried tears,
It's traces still lingering on its solid gold,
I smile at it's patience and love.
I smile as tears line my lashes
Tears are what remain,
And a promise forever more,
That Beauty shall forever praise His beauty,
And Eternally serve His Lotus feet.
