*Gerard's POV*

Thursday arrived quicker than I had previously thought. I began making the bed and cleaning up the room. Frank is helping me with the task. While we're folding it, I hear the doorbell ring. "I'll get it," Frank says rushing out of the room. I continue to fold the sheets and hear talking from the hallway.

"Hello," Frank says. "Oh, hi there. Do I have the right address? Gerard Way's house, correct?" I hear someone say. I instantly recognize the voice. Elena. I leave the room and go to the door. Once Elena sees me, she smiles widely. She has her brown hair bound up, out of her face, full soft features showing.

"Hi, Elena," I say walking to her and giving her a hug. "Hi, love." I pull away from her and look at her bags. "How long are you think of staying?" I ask going to pick them up for her. "A week or two if you don't mind. Oh, love, you don't have to worry about the bags, I'll get them."

"No, it's ok," I say hauling one over my shoulder. "Hi, I'm Frank Iero," Frank says to Elena, holding out his hand. Elena takes it and says, "You must be a friend of Gerard's. Unless there's something else going on between-" "Haha yes, Elena," I say cutting her off.

Elena gives me a suggestive look but says nothing else. Frank offers to grab a bag and we take them into the guest room. "I'll have to finish making the bed, then you can make yourself at home," I say walking to the side of the bed, and folding over the comforter.

"Thank you, love. I know to ask to stay with you under short notice is a little rude, but I just missed you so much." I smile at her and finish making the bed. "Ok, the room should be all set up. You can put your stuff here, and we can go to the living room," I say walking over to the doorway, where Frank is already standing.

"Ok love, I'll be in there in a minute," she says, opening her bags and suitcases. I turn and follow Frank into the living room. I hear the basement door open and see Mikey and Pete emerge, basses both in hand. "Elena's here, Mikes," I say to him. "Really?" Mikey asks me.

I nod and Mikey rushes down to the basement to put his bass up, Pete the following suit. I sit down on the couch, Frank to my left. Frank looks to me and says, "So...your grandmother. She's something else huh?" I laugh a little awkwardly, feeling embarrassed. "Yep, she's really awesome though. I'm sure you'll love her." Frank smiles at me.

"Does she know your gay?" Frank asks me out of the blue. "Oh, yea. She even knew before I did. Weird right?" "I wouldn't say weird. Just observant." "Then Elena is overboard observant." Frank laughs, and looks down. "It's nice to talk like this." I reach for his hand and say, "It is."

"Eww, get a room you two," Mikey says, as he enters, Pete and Elena with him. Frank laughs and I say, "You wish." Elena smiles and sits next to me. "How long have you and Frank been... together?"

"Around two weeks now," I look to Frank for confirmation and he nods and says, "Yea, that sounds about right." "How did you meet?" I laugh awkwardly and say, "Well. Frank's kinda, my student. Heh." "Oh," She says a little shocked. She then shrugs her shoulders and says, "Ok then."

Frank laughs a little and squeezes my hand. "So, would you like to do something? Watch TV? Go out to eat? You choose," I offer her. "I would actually like to hear your music. I know your whole band isn't here now, but from you, Frank and Mikey, could you play something?"

"Of course, do you want to go to the basement to listen?" Elena smiles and nods. We then head down into the basement. I plug in the mic into the amp and adjust the sound, while Frank and Mikey are doing the same with their instruments.

"Check check," I say into the mic. "Is the volume good?" I ask into it. Pete holds his thumbs up at me and Elena nods. "Ok, it might sound off and weird without the drums and the other guitar, but I think we can manage. What do you guys want to start off with?" I ask looking at Mikey and Frank. "I'm Not Okay," Mikey says. "Alright, let's do this."
