Chapter 2

*synthia PoV*

     kendra and i got a text message from our boss, and when were finally out of the cafeteria and making sure that no one is eaves dropping, we took out our phones and read the text.

(kendra's text message)

    'kendra i want you to go on a mission without synthia, but don't worry you will not be doing this alone, one of my trainee is coming with you and he is very skilled so you won't think him as an useless bag of air, meet at the HQ he will be there and he will explain the mission, understood? and also he is the same age as you'

-'boss'

(synthia's text message)  

"synthia i know that you are aware that you have to spy on the demons and get information on the inside, knowing you will be fine all by yourself, and kendra will be assigned to a different mission which i'm not gonna tell you, and don't bother asking kendra, she don't know either, anyway good luck on your own, oh and one more thing kendra will leave today as soon as possible. and don't worry too much about kendra, i assigned her to the mission with a male partner'  

-'boss' 

when we were done reading each other's text messages we turned to each other and nodded

         " kendra remember what i said when we were kids? be brave and never look back, and beside's we'll be together after you're mission, then we'll have a welcome back party when you come back!!! , we'll even have your favourite f ood's!!" i said trying to ease her gloomy mood of her leaving and i got teary eyed, i wiped away my tears and smiled 

               "if that male partner of youre's hurt or do anything to you, he will taste the wrath of the most feared assassin and demon hunter of the world sister of the second feared demon hunter!!!!!! he will not only pee his pants! he will be the most bruised person in the whole world when he messes with my dearest little angel twin!!!!" i stated quite angrily with fire in my eyes and i heard kendra sigh of embarrassment and then laughed and rolled over the floor laughing, i smiled, glad i brighten her up

                "*giggle* alright, alright, i recorded your out burst earlier so that when i meet him i will let him hear this, and you better go now because the bell rang an hour ago so you better hurry" she said smirking and while i had a horrified look on my face

                    "holy shiiiiiiitake mushrooms gotta go!!!" i said turning around and running, i stopped in my tracks and tossed key's to kendra and waving then i started jogging backwards

                " those are the keys to the Mercedes i'm giving it to you!! and don't forget to email me!! or else you know what i'm gonna do and don't forget to let your partner hear that out burst of mine!!!" i said and turning around again and running on my normal speed and i hear a a chuckle and an engine running, when i once more turned around i saw kendra in the car waving goodbye at me and i replied the gesture by waving back and i sprinted to the classroom, shedding one last tear while running full speed ((which is lightning fast))

when i got to the classroom i first panted by running so fast and then i regained my composure and slid open the door, when i saw who the teacher was my mood became miserable because you know why? it's because the subject is music and our last subject i can't believe how much time has passed when we were talking.

                   " ah, miss moonstone glad you can make it, and may i ask why are you an hour late?" mr. Jayson said our music teacher 

                  "w-well s-sir Jayson o-our father called for kendra so i drove her there" i lied while my head is down

                  "well, for your punishment will you sing us a Japanese song, miss moonstone?" sir Jayson said " since it's our topic?"  i smirked 

                    "hai, s-sensie" i said and grinned while he looked at me shocked that i can speak Japanese, i walked over to the front and brought my hands together, then i decided i should sing feathers across the seasons 

                      "w-what i'm a-about to sing is feathers a-across the s-seasons" i said and then i heard whispers like 'she's gonna fail at singing' and 'i bet she's bad at singing' well i'll prove you wrong, i closed my eyes, opened my mouth, and started to sing

Aoba teru natsu no gogo

"Kirei na yubi da ne" to kizu darake no te wo nigiru, sono te ga

Sore demo watashi wo aishite kuremasu ka?"

Hiru mo yoru mo hata wo ori-tsudzukete

"Itsuka, watashi ga HITO ja nakunatte mo,
Anata wa, watashi wo aishite kuremasu ka?"

"Atarimae da yo" tte boku wa warai
Tsubasa wo nakushita kimi wo dakishime, itta
Kirei ni habataita ano hi no tsuru wo

Soshite kawarazu kimi wo aishite iru yo

i finished half way because i heard someone crying and when i opened my eyes i saw every girl in the class room was crying, i turned to the teacher and he was also crying, i looked over to the door and there was teachers and students crying some were standing and some are sitting on the floor

         "ano, n-nande k-kokoni? senpai, s-sensei?" i said then realized that i was speaking Japanese and they were staring at me like i've grown another head 

        "sorry, what i meant to say was why are you here teachers? upper grades?" i corrected myself and then suddenly they clapped and the boy's howled, some say 'encore!! encore!!' but mr. Jayson interrupted by held his palm up, when everything got quieted down he he put his hand down and turned to me

          "synthia that performance of yours was splendid, i want you to participate the singing contest tomorrow afternoon seeing that you have a beautiful voice you'd make a beautiful representative, what do you say?" he said holding out a hand that i should shake, i looked over xander and as though he understood he nodded, i smiled and shook mister Jayson's hand

             "i-i w-would LOVE t-to!!!!!!" i said exited, i really like singing and maybe i can enchant them to tell me what there plan is to the human race, this is going to be fun!! i can't wait for tomorrow!
