I raised my head immediately to appologise but before I talk I heard husnah shouting
" oommgggggg! Murad Ahmad ibrahim, I can't believe my eyes" and everyone around us just stared at her like she has two head but the name seems familiar and then I looked at him closely then it hit me Murad the son of ambassador of Malaysia, meerah showed me his picture cause she's always stalking him on Instagram. Nobody recognize him because he has a disguise only if you look closely at him.
" I'm not taking any pics now cause I'm in a hurry but I want this gorgeous to appologise to me" I heard Murad said I don't know what husnah said to him because I'm not listening to their conversation but I heard that loud and clear and I immediately turn and glared at him
" Oh this! She's my elder sister Aisha" husnah said ever so lovely
and then she turns to me " what did you do now" I just roll my eyes at her. Not a big deal I'm not surprised or shocked at what husnah said she could do more worse than that.
" Wow she's the eldest that's good she's beautiful and all" Murad said
" You shouldn't have said that you know her soon to be groom is a very jealous man" husnah lied so easily and yeah my mouth is literally in the floor and my eyes let's just say they are out of their sockets.
" Woah! I'm so sorry I don't know about that" Murad said totally embarrassed
" Oh! No need to worry but you know what I'm a little sad my uncle wanted to get us married together but until now I don't have anyone worth of marrying me " husnah said in a sad voice as if it's true and am so embarrassed right now is she advertising herself to him but what about ya ammar so she's after the rich and handsome young men or what,I pitied poor ya ammar. Suddenly murad's phone started ringing and he said " sorry girls I need to go now but here's my card you can call anytime okay" "okay" husnah said extending her hand to take the card before watching his retreating back.
" You embarrassed me so much wallahi" husnah said hissing
" After you have lied to him why would you said I'm the one getting married" I said almost yelling
" You know what I'm done here" husnah said and ran out. I followed her but I did not run why would I even run.
Okay now I should've run cause the parking space is empty, so that's what she's planning oh Allah help me but I have no means of going back home, I don't even have five naira with me and so does Mami and also umma will not give me a penny what will I do now. I'm not gonna start thinking of trekking cause is far from here but I think that's the only option. I heard the honking of a car near me but I know it's not for me and it's not stopping so I turned around to see ya ammar's car but what is he doing here is he asking me to come, shaking my thoughts away I went to him and put my head through the window and said " ina wuni ya ammar" " lafiya" he simply said. I hesitated before saying " are you heading home if you are could you please drop me" I applauded myself for this courage cause I did a great job " yeah get in" he said without looking at me oh boy this is gonna be one hell of a ride.
