"Show me the file."

Tony Stark, CEO of Stark Industries and one of the richest men alive.

Pepper Potts, Mr. Starks secretary and right had woman.

James Rhodes, long time employe of Stark Industries, known to have worked and consulted with almost all divisions of SI.

Harold Hogan, Mr. Starks head of security.

Peter Parker, local orphan in Queens New York, no known living relatives.
Additional information: History of school fights and counseling.

The chief of police narrowed his eyes at the last name. "What's an orphan got to do with this?"

Victor Strange shook his head, shaggy black hair falling over his eyes.

"I'm not a hundred percent certain yet, but one of my guys caught him with Stark a few nights ago." He explained.

The chief nodded but looked skeptical.

Steve Rogers, owner of Captains Fitness.

Associates:

Natalia rushman, fitness instructor at Captains Fitness and James Barnes, manager and fitness instructor for Captains Fitness.

"How do the fitness workers tie into this?"

"Sir, I promise I will explain all of this, just please keep looking." Victor pleaded.

Stephen Strange, highly respected Neurosurgeon, works with Metro general hospital.

"You're bringing your own brother into this?" The chief shouted. "This is a clear conflict of interest, even if it's on the Mob!"

"Sir, you don't understand!" Victor said. "Stark Industries has made several donations to the fitness company over the past 8 months but even then it doesn't explain some of the money they've been accumulating in that time. At the very least there has been under the counter payments towards them, if not something worse!"

The chief turned away and snapped the file shut, looking tired. "Then how do you explain your brothers involvement?"

Victor turned and picked up another file, opening it and turning it towards the chief.

"Every month on the exact same day, Tony Stark makes a personal donation to Metro General. Not only that, but Stephen is off on the same day, every month. And each time that date rolls around, he spends at least 200 dollars." He turns a few pages, "Not to mention the series of anonymous donations made out to Stephens personal bank account. Sometimes they're small donations, a few hundred dollars, but others? He's gotten thousands at a time."

"This is hardly substantial evidence, maybe enough to try pin a money smuggling charge, but nothing like what you're claiming." The chief said.

"I'll give you two weeks to get something concrete to me. No more."

Victor felt some tension leave his shoulders and he nodded quickly. "Thank you, sir."

Two weeks.

Stephen muttered angrily under his breath as he rode the elevator down to the secured rooms underneath SI.
