Chapter 14: Preparation and excitement!

"Ok everyone let's get on with what I need you all to do." Kizana said, "Ahem Light Music club we printed out the sheet music for you!" Kokona passes copies of songs and music to each of them except for me cuz I'm playing as one of the characters..."Ok now let's start our meeting..." I wasn't told that we were having a meeting...I looked over at Miyuji, "Oh sorry I forgot about it..." she said laughing nervously...the meeting started it wasn't boring at all we were just discussing the music, light control, scripts, costumes, etc.

Eventually school ended, tomorrow was going to be a little busy for us since we're getting serious about preparing the musical for 2 months at least. I went to my locker Umeji-Kun was walking beside me, I changed my shoes same as Umeji-Kun, we walked home together again we talked while we were walking "Congratulations Horuda on getting the lead role!" he said with a smile, "Thanks Umeji-Kun! You know I bet you would do great too if you played in it as JD." I said with a confident smile, "I'm not very good at acting or singing..." he said looking nervous, "Well you never know till you try!" I said with a soft smile on my face.

Umeji-

I guess it wouldn't hurt to try at least after all, plus it would be nice for a change to do it! "I guess so but what is JD like?" I asked, "He's actually a little bit like you in a way." she said, "How exactly am I like him?" I asked, "Well your somewhat like him...like for an example your past of being bullied pained you like JD's mom when she died it pained him a lot." she said with a pleasing face, "Huh, I guess that does make us a little similar." I said.

Horuda-

He's actually pretty perfect to play as him, "I guess I could try signing up for it! If I can get Gaku to help me..." he said and then he covered his mouth after he said it, "What's wrong?" I asked looking confused, "I accidentally said something about Gaku that I wasn't supposed to say to other people..." he replied back, "It's totally fine I'm not going to tell anyone else, that he is a theatre-nerd." I said, "Huh, I figured you would say that..." he said, "after all you're too cute to ignore or not trust" he said, "Huh?" I replied looking confused, "I didn't say anything" he replied with a straight face.

I eventually made it to my house we both said goodbye to each other and Umeji walked the other way. I unlocked the door with my house key and shouted "MOM I'M HOME!" and she shouted back "WELCOME HOME HORUDA!", I took off my shoes and then went upstairs I then let out all of my excitement for the school's musical but I didn't do it loudly at least, I then changed into my pajamas and let my hair down I then did my homework, but I couldn't focus so much cuz I'm excited for the school's musical...eventually my mom called me for dinner I rushed down the stairs to tell my mom, "Mom I got the lead role for my school's musical this year!" I said with mega joy, "Awesome dear, I'm very happy for you!" she said with a gentle and happy smile. I ate my food and talked about all of my excitement for the school musical the whole time, it was great letting out most of my excitement that I almost couldn't sleep last night! 

After dinner I went up to my room to sleep right away cuz I wanted to have as much energy for tomorrow since I have to prepare for the musical and I promised to hang out with Miyuji and them after school...I fell asleep...

The sun was rising it woke me up and it was only around 5:30 AM, I decided to watch it as it was a true sight to behold. I take a deep breath. "Look at how far I've come!" I say to myself proudly, this was a new beginning for me after all...
