Medley woke up on the couch, she looked at the time and noticed she still had a few hours before she had to get onto the train and back to Ohio, where he whole life is now.

She looked over at Santana and Rachel, she was so happy in New York, she was free.

Maybe she would move there, move close to the two girls and Kurt. Have Delilah grow up in a place Medley loved and felt free in, she would be happy but it's a tough choice with a child and with Puck.

She couldn't just leave him, she loved him.

"Rachel told me you have a little girl crush, and it isn't me. I'm hurt," Medley said to Santana as they applied their make up.

"Her name is Dani, and she's full lesbian and I like her a lot, she's sweet and had an amazing singing voice," Santana explained to Medley before sighing and looking off into the distance.

"I bet you can't wait to get home," Santana said to her. Medley shrugged her shoulders. "As much as Im going to miss it, New York is not a place for me yet; maybe in the future."

Santana smiled and Medley before they walked out of the apartment, Rachel joining them after she had waited thirty minutes for them to finish their make up.

Their one last dinner together in New York for a while, their one last song together as well for a while.

They walked over to the diner and ordered what they wanted, they got their food and drinks and ate.

They shared laughs and past things amongst the table, they loved it. They loved being together, three friends becoming best friends before one has to leave.

"One last song?" Santana asked Rachel and Medley. They both nodded their heads before taking a drink and going up to the stage, choosing their song of choice.
