Lenny was in the midst of his 'Are You Gonna Go My Way'world tour when his make up artist, Eliana suddenly fell ill and couldn't continue on the road with him. He was left feeling sad to see her go, but he knew her health was the most important thing. Before she departed, he told her to be sure to keep in touch with him so he could know she's doing alright.
Of course when someone has to leave, the show must go on. With that, a search for a new make up artist began. He left that task in the hands of his girlfriend of six months now, Vanessa.

Vanessa was a French actress and upcoming singer. Her and Lenny met while he was helping her work on her debut album. When Lenny met her, he never intended on falling for her so hard. Late nights in the studio and spending countless of time together just made feelings unintentionally develop. He liked her. She was down to earth and really sweet. More than anything, he really loved her French accent. He found it so undeniably sexy.
The accent he loved filled his ears as her hands covered his eyes. "Lenny! Guess what?!" She exclaimed happily.
A smile grew on his lips as he began to speak. "What?"
"I've found you a new make up artist! She just graduated from Cosmetology school in Paris. I've seen her in action and she is parfait!" Her hands dropped from over his eyes.
Lenny turned to look at Vanessa with a slight hint of skepticism. "Fresh out of school you say? I don't know..."
"Come on, baby. You trust me, don't you?"
"Of course, I do."
"Then don't worry!"
He smiled lovingly at her and leaned over to leave a kiss against her soft lips.
She returned a kiss upon his lips before pulling away with a smile that matched his. "So, are you ready to meet her?"
"Now? Aw, babe can't it wait? I have rehearsals in five minutes."
"It won't take long. Stay right here!" Vanessa walked over to the door and stepped into the hallway. She gestured for the make up artist she had found to come into the room to meet Lenny.
He stood from his chair and awaited the arrival of the new make up artist. When Vanessa returned back into the room, beside her was a woman who was same skin tone he was. She was a light skinned black woman with curly hair and the most luscious lips.

His heart began to race from the immediate attraction he felt for the young woman. As she inched closer to him, he gave her a friendly smile.
"Jimena, this is Lenny. Lenny, this is Jimena." Vanessa replied, giving Lenny and Jimena a quick introduction to each other.
"Hi Jimena. I'm Lenny." He extended his hand out to the young woman.
Jimena smiled and took his hand into his, giving it a soft shake. "Hello Lenny. I'm Jimena. It's quite the pleasure of meeting you!"
When she smiled, he couldn't help but notice the dimples in both of her cheeks become visibly noticeable. Her voice—she had a strong accent. An Arabic accent to be specific.
"Your voice. I'm surprised. I thought you would have a French accent since you're coming in from Paris." Lenny expressed, still smiling.
"Oh, no! I just went to school there. I'm from Egypt. Born and raised!"
"Oh. Would you look at that? We have an Egyptian princess on our hands."
Vanessa and Jimena laughed at his light hearted statement.
"Nevertheless, my love have told me great things about you and your work. I look forward to working with you throughout my tour."
"Did she? She is too kind. Now I really have to be on my A game after her rave reviews. I'm looking forward to working with you too. This is will be my first time travelling to so many countries and cities in so little time."
"It can be overwhelming at first, but after a few months it becomes like second nature to you."
By now, Lenny knew he was way late for his rehearsal session. He looked down at the watch on his wrist and mumbled 'fuck' under his breath.
"I hate to leave you ladies so soon, but I need to get to this rehearsal." He walked over to Vanessa and planted a kiss against her cheek. "I'll see you later on tonight, yeah?"
Vanessa nodded with a smile.
Lenny's gaze then shifted over to Jimena. "We'll catch up more in the days to come. Again, it's nice to meet you and welcome aboard the team!"
With that, he turned to walk out of the room. Of course before he would saunter down the hallway, he peaked in the doorway to take another glance at Jimena whilst her and Vanessa was chatting away.
She was so beautiful. He knew having her around was going to be the ultimate test of his will power.
