Chapter 4

I wake up with a smile on my face, knowing this is my last day in this hell. The guard that woke me up was Diana, she always had a warm smile towards me anytime we met. I got up got dressed and got out of my room. Time passed and we entered the cooling room. Everybody was so excited and happy today! Throughout the past year they had all learned how to activate their quirks and control them but its quite obvious they are barely using their power, they needed so much training to be able to  efficiently use their quirks. Even Though I felt bad... I never learnt how to activate my quirk and it wasn't in the paper. I felt so weak and useless... I cleared all those thoughts from my mind Abd started a conversation "Y'all ready to go?" They all shouted in excitement "hell yea" but Justin cut it all short and said"Our plan is full proof,nothing can stop us. I and Asher thought of this plan for a year, there's no way it could fail." I replied we don't have a choice though, we are risking it all, we are about to break all the rules with this plan, if were caught we are as good as dead! They will know our motives and most likely kill us on the spot so no screw ups OK?" They all replied "OK" we all dispersed from the cooling room and waited for my signal. Soon the sun set and I gave the signal to everyone and they nodded to show they are ready and the plan commenced. Jackson walked up to the second guard and he was standing exactly 5 metres away, The guard told him to go back but he just stood there smiling, the  the guard was about to shoot but he suddenly  dropped his gun which meant Jacksons quirk had been  activated. The guard couldn't move so I searched him and found his card and a communications device. Trey destroyed the communications device instantly and took his gun and card. I was about to slot in the card then I said"Are you sure you are all ready for this?" They all nodded and I slotted the card and we all started moving along the designated route. I chose a quiet route out of all the route's Diana stated, we expected no trouble but we ran into a group of guards. They were a couple of metres away but they were aware that we were there. Though it was faint I could hear footsteps closing in on us and fast! How do they know our location? I thought to myself, Slowly my mind was blank, I couldn't think of anything. Just then Diana whispered something, but all I heard was track... I started thinking of words that rhyme  with track and then it hit me! Trackers!! But the problem was getting rid if them. Diana distorted my thinking by saying "set the electric gun with you to 2.5 volts, that should be enough to fry the tracking device, I'll shoot you and Justin while you shoot the others" I replied "wait hold up are you sure its safe?" She replied quickly "I guess we have to find out" she shot me and I felt as if I was struck by lightening, the key word there "SHE SHOT ME!!" I followers her instructions and shot the others then I shot her and said "I know you set mine to 2.6 volts, so we are even" she just smiled at that remark. We proceeded up because there was no where else to go, when we got to the next level we thought there would be no more guards but the higher we got the more the guards... We were all chased to the roof and we were backed into a corner at the edge of the roof. There was no where to go, we were trapped. I had given up hope. Then Michael said in a serious voice "let's jump now" everybody stared in horror and shock... Then they started shouting at him. Amidst the shouting he said "do you trust me?" And everywhere went silent the only voices heard were that of the guards telling us to surrender. We all nodded in approval and they jumped but Diana didn't want to jump, she was scared, I told her "it will be fine don't worry, just trust me" I extended a hand and she grabbed it gently then we both jumped.
