Chapter 6 Entrance Exam

It's been 10 months since Deku saved female Bakugo and began his training to have ‘One For All’. During these 10 months I’ve been training with my quirk, as well as train Kyouka with hers. And every once in a while I would go to the beach where Deku and All Might were training.

And today was the U.A. Entrance Exam. (Wednesday)

“Rex, you ready to go?” Dad asks me.

“Yeah I’m ready to go.” I say

Even though I already have my hero license I still wanted to go through the whole entrance exam. Also Dad (even though he is a teacher now, is going on his last mission) went on a mission, I once again packed a bag so I could stay at Kyouka's house.

After we left the house we parted ways so I could go pick up Kyoka on the way to the exam.

When I got to her house I rang the doorbell and she immediately answered the door.

"Hey Kyo, good morning." I say. (Kyo is short for Kyoka, which means sound or reverberation)

"Morning Rex, how did you sleep?" She asked me.

"I slept pretty well, I am nervous but I did manage to catch some ZZZ's. What about you?" I asked back.

"Hardly. I was so nervous that I could barely sleep." She said rubbing her red eyes.

"Well, you'll do fine. I believe in you, especially after we did all that training." I said.

(A/N training was increasing the quality of sound , as well as controlling her heart pumping speed, and becoming more sensitive to noises when using her quirk, and strengthening her Earphone Jacks. He also allowed her to hook up her Earphone jack to his ‘Noise Blaster’ quirk to practice a team up battle. Basically what they did at quirk training camp. MC also practiced using all the quirks he had.)

“You’re right, we’ll do just fine.” She said confidently.

“Then let's go.” I said taking the lead. (I also put my stuff in my room before we left)

After we left the house we had some idle chatter, it took us 10 minutes to walk from her house to the school.

When we got there we witnessed the famous scene of Izuku falling and Uraraka catching him with her quirk.

After we passed them we went to the auditorium so Present Mic could give his speech on what was to happen. We also heard Iida rant on what Present Mic was saying and how he made a mistake which was shot down hard.

We were then passed pieces of paper that told us where to go, and that's when I found out Kyo and I were going to be separated.

After we separated I went into another room with a bunch of random students I didn’t know. That's where I did the written Exam, and Aced with the help of my photographic memory that helped me in some aspects of the test. The other parts were just logical.

After everyone finished the test we then went into a bus that took my group to Battle Center R.

We then left the bus and entered the city. That's when I saw Midnight standing on top of the tower holding a microphone.

“Hey kids, let's get this started. GOOO!!” She said.

As soon as she said go I immediately activated my quirk ‘Instant Transmission’ which changed my appearance.

Midnight, seeing a student's appearance change from having black hair to red hair, she instantly knew it was me.

‘Hmm, looks like that hottie from four years ago is here. I wonder how much hotter he got?’ She thought to herself.
