Is He The One?

After dinner, Tanjiro and Zenitsu decided to take a walk together, and Nezuko came. The mood was perfect, they were under a tree, with the moonlight shining down on them, whilst looking out a lake. With the reflection of the beautiful moon and all of the stars in it.

Nezuko was sleeping on Tanjiro's lap while Zenitsu's head was on his shoulder. It was a bit embarrassing but they enjoyed the company, and all the time they spent together. The small breeze was nice. Zenith was taking in everything. From the amazing view, to Tanjiro. He was going to miss him, but he knew he had to let go.

Just like that one girl Zenitsu met. Her name was Metsu. Zenitsu had found her a couple of years ago. She was just as banged up as Tanjiro. She was just like Tanjiro, kind, with that sweet melody. She was beautiful, he wanted to be with her. But she loved someone else. Just like how Zenitsu knew that Tanjiro would love someone else, not him.

"Metsu, let's get married someday!"

"Zenitsu, you know I like someone else."

"But, did you tell him your feelings?"

"I know that he doesn't share the same feelings. But Zenitsu, you will find the one for you. Go find them, they will be perfect, while I'm not special."

"But Metsu-"

"I'm sorry Zenitsu, I'm not the one for you, you'll find someone better than me."

Zenitsu's POV

Metsu was an amazing person. Zenitsu wanted to be with her to settle his life down. ( IF someone loves Zenitsu and is willing to spend their life with him, he will be turned back into a human.) But that couldn't happen, because Metsu was sick. And I couldn't do anything to help her. She had hanahaki.

"Zenitsu, please, when I die. Can you bring me daisies."

"M-metsu, you can't die... Not yet."

"I'm sorry Zenitsu, but there's no way, he won't love me. I only want you to bring me daisies that we pick in your garden together, it's for that I can still remember the time we shared together."

"Metsu..."

...

"I'm sorry Zenitsu, but you'll find the one, and it'll be perfect, while I'm not special."

"Metsu... Metsu? METSUU!!!"

And those were her last words before she died. I did as she promised, give her daisies. But, when will I find the one? That's just like you, Metsu? It can't be Tanjiro, he's not the one for me.

"Zenitsu..."

"Y-yes Tanjiro?"

"I wanted to thank you for everything, you were amazing and I love your cooking."

"T-thank you Tanjiro."

...

" H-hey Tanjiro, there's something I want you to do for me before you and Nezuko leave."

"What is it?"

"C-can you cut my hair for me? It's starting to get too long..."

"Sure! You helped me so I'll help you!"

"Thanks."

A little later they went back inside the temple to get Zenitsu's hair cut. After the haircut.

"Annnnd, there!"

"Aaaa, ari gato Tanjiro! It looks amazing!"

"Hey Zenitsu, there's been something I've been meaning to ask you."

"What is it Tanjiro?"

"Can I please touch your tail?"

"I- P-pardon me?"

"Well, ever since I saw you, I've been wanting to touch it, but I held it in."

"Ahh, I see. Well sorry for making you wait... Umm, here."

"Ahh really! Thank you Zenitsu!"

Zenitsu hides 8 of his tails, so that Tanjiro can only focus on one of his tails. As soon as he touched Zenitsu's tail, he felt his fast go red. But he couldn't tell Tanjiro to stop. (he actually could though) Tanjiro was enjoying himself. By each touch, Zenitsu couldn't help it, he was already panting and covering his mouth with his hands. Ears were twitching, eyes closed shut.

Zenitsu tried to hold in the moans and not let any escape from his mouth. Not like last time when Tanjiro was touching his ears. Why does this always happen to Zenitsu you might ask.

While Zenitsu was trying to not explode with moans, Tanjiro was just there enjoying himself. But Tanjiro couldn't handle the fluffines. It was so warm and comfy that Tanjiro fell asleep from petting Zenitsu's tail.

Zenitsu felt it, and let out a shaky moan, luckerly Tanjiro was fast asleep so he didn't hear it. Zenitsu then carried Tanjiro back to his futon. Zenitsu cleaned up and decided to have a small chat with Nezuko before going to sleep. They just talk about random things. Nezuko teased him on liking Tanjiro, and other stuff.

After that Tanjiro went to go to his futon, but before he did, he went to Tanjiro and gave him a small kiss on the head, "I love you." Then finally going back to his own futon to sleep and embrace for the morning of what was to come.
