Three… Two… One… *RINGGG*
“Finally!” You shouted, grateful that first period was finally over. You rushed out of your chemistry classroom on your way to Spanish. Normally, you wouldn’t rush to any class, let alone Spanish, but today, today was different. Today’s the day you get to meet Fifth Harmony! Five days ago you won meet and greet passes from an AT&T store in Chicago so you’ve been looking forward to this day ever since.
“Danny!” You shouted, walking in ad seeing that your friend was already there, thankful because he was your ride to the train station today and you guys needed to discuss details.
“Danny I’m so excited! When are you picking me up? I wanna go as soon as possible!”
“Whenever my brother says he wants to go. It’s supposed to be cold y/n and he doesn’t want to wait outside for a long time. The doors don’t even open til 8”
“Ughhhhh but Dannyyyy!”
“Hey, talk to Jacob about it then, he’s the one in charge here since he’s my brother”
“But if you’re older than me and him shouldn’t YOU be the one in charge technically speaking?”
“Ugh whatever y/n I’m not the one that likes the stupid band- you and Jacob are. I don’t HAVE to drive you”
“Okay Danny, one, they are not stupid. Their music is literal perfection, just like they themselves are, Camila saved my life. Two, you DO have to take us like it or not because you’d do anything to keep Jacob happy. And me being his best friend, if you don’t also take me with, cuz I know that’s what you’re thinking about now, he won’t be too happy” *RINGGG*
“Okay class, take your seats” Ughhh. This teacher, I can’t stand her, but no matter what this day will still be perfect.
“Y/n?”
“What, Danny we’re not supposed to be talking!”
“Did you make a fucking shirt?” He said while laughing.
“Yes, actually, I did. And I made a matching custom one for Camila as well” You said, matter-of-factly while holding up the shirt for him to see.
“You’re ridiculous. You’re gonna creep her out”
“Oh my godddd Danny you just don’t understand”
“Understand that you’re in love with someone you’ve never even met?”
“Whatever” You said, turning back around. Finally fifth period came around and you met up with Jacob to walk to class together.
“Jacob.. Danny is right..”
“Oh no.. what is it this time?”
“Danny.. He said I’m in love with someone I’ve never even met.. And he’s right. My love story is the most pathetic one by far: Once upon a time I fell in love with the person who can’t love me back. The End”
“Y/n, just because she’s a celebrity that doesn’t automatically mean that she won’t love you back. Prince William fell in love with commoner Kate Middleton”
“Yeah but Jake it isn’t the same”
“I guess, but whatever, if it makes you feel better, I’m in love with Channing Tatum” You laughed at him trying to cheer you up.
“And besides y/n, look at it this way, you’re meeting the love of your life tonight. And might I remind you, we booked a hotel, there’s always the small chance that you’ll run into her outside the venue” He said, wiggling his eyebrows.
“You’re ridiculous Jacob. But you’re right”
“As always” He said with a big smile as the bell rang for English to start god these last couple of periods were really gonna drag.
