" So this ain't the end, I saw you again today, I had to turn my heart away."
Himanshu was wasted. He knew he shouldn't have drunk so much, but it was the only way to escape thoughts of the beauty haunting his dreams. Her eyes were like chips of obsidian, but they always warmed when she saw him. Her skin was soft as velvet, and her face was a work of art. She hadn't had the best upbringing. Her childhood had been rough, growing up on the streets, but she had pulled through and transformed into a picture of elegance and grace.
Her name was Bessie, and Himanshu was infatuated with her. He knew his parents would never accept her, but he would give up anything to be with her. They simply didn't understand. How could anyone ever truly understand how love worked? She was a quiet person, by nature, and it had taken him several attempts before she had finally opened up to him. But once he had broken through her tough exterior, he had been welcomed by a heart of gold.
He had to see her. He couldn't stand being away from her even a second longer. He crept out of his house and into the field where they had met for their first secret rendezvous. It took him a few minutes to find her and when he did, he strutted over to her.
He leant down and whispered in her ear, "It's me, darling. We can finally be together." She lifted her head up slightly and responded with a soft, loving moo, as Himanshu gazed into the entrancing orbs of the most gorgeous cow he had ever seen.
