I found these writings on my social media platform, and oh dear lord, it was dark. I didn't realize that they are really dark and I don't know if I'm able to share those without feeling guilty and make the readers triggered.
But I decided to share them anyway, because I wrote these before I met my psychiatrist. It really showed how stressful and desperate I was to find help. I was so glad that I didn't stuck in this loop until today. I'm feeling greater than before, if you ask me.
Before you started reading, keep in mind that these poems are solely come from my heart during the relapse, hence the dark messages and slur words. It might trigger you, so keep it cautious.
