LEE'S POV
Ender?!
I just looked at Jessica in surprise.
" Told you I'd shock you " She said, burying her head while hugging her knees.
" Why would you deal with her? " I said.
" I did thought she might kill me " She said. " So I just boarded the idea "
" So what are you going to do now? " I said calmly at her.
" Well, most villains go somewhere far and make a base and.. And fight good guys.. Evil logic and stuff " She said, giggling a bit. I giggled softly.
" Will I ever see you again? " I said.
" We could write letters. Sending intercoms and stuff " She said, standing up.
" That's pretty fair " I stood up too. " Well, I think this is.. goodbye then.. "
" It's not goodbye " She said, placing her hand on my shoulder. " Remember our promise "
" How could I forget? " I held my pinkie. She held hers too, and I locked mine with hers.
" Thanks for being with me today. " She said. " Probably the last.. "
" It's not the last " I said. " You said it yourself "
" Well.. I must be going now " She stepped back one. " See ya, Lee Bear " She turned around and sprinted into the forest part. Tears started streaming into my face as I waved at Jessica. Then I heard her voice inside my head.
" Goodbye, for now.. Lee Bear "
SQUID'S POV
" Where's Lee? It's been half an hour " Stampy said impatiently.
" He must have had the chance to frolic in the Funland " Finball said, grinning.
" Stop saying such things, Finball " Stampy said. Just then we saw a brown figure sprinting towards us. I waved at him.
" Hi Lee! " I cheered. When he halted in front of us, he sat and started crying.
" What are you crying for, mate? " I asked.
" What happened to Jessica? " Stampy tilted his head, softly patting Lee's back.
" N-nothing.. " Lee said between his sniffles.
" C'mon mate. You can't be crying for no reason " I said.
" I said nothing, alright?! " He said angrily. He stood up and sprinted towards Stampy's house. We stared at each other in confusion.
" What has gotten into Lee? " Tomo Hawk asked.
" I don't know, mate. But I think it has something to do with Jess "
