TYPING.....

Is everyone accounted for?

Yeah, all the girls are here. They're talking to each other, I don't know what about though.

TYPING.....

What's your first impression of them?

Since when did you start caring?

TYPING.....

Sierra, I'm not going to talk to you for much longer. You'll be on your own with this once you get the hang of it.

Whatever. They all seem fine, I guess. Camilla might be a problem later down the road, but I'll take care of it. Amy... She's strangely enthusiastic about all this, it's kinda weird. Victoria is a little weak and Emma's kinda shy and quiet. We can work on it, though. I don't have a problem with Carly, besides the fact she got chips all over my room.

TYPING.....

It's good that they're not rebelling, don't you think?

I wouldn't be so sure yet. We're all barely aquaintences right now.

TYPING.....

Well they're all talking about their past. Trauma and shit like that.

What should I do when I go back?

TYPING.....

You need to ask them their age and figure out what school you all will attend together. You all must keep everything low-key at school. Grades don't matter, as long as no one is falling everything or succeeding too much. Just fly under the radar, don't volunteer and don't get in too much trouble.

Alright, I understand why. What about outside of school, though?

TYPING.....

You all will have a hide out of some sort. Actually, two. One is where your other gang members will be, that is, once you recruit some. The other is just for you six. It's very important that it's location is kept secret, only you six can know about it.

Well, where is it?

TYPING.....

In your backyard, there is a wooden deck on the left side of the house. In one of the corners, there is a little gnome statue. If you lift up it's hat, there's a button. Once you press it, an area on the deck will open up. Once you are underground, there will be another similar button you can press to open and close it from there. If you walk a little down the hallway, there will be a metal door with an intricate lock system. First, you must enter the 4-digit pin. Then move onto the other digital lock where you input a one word password. Finally, there's the physical lock which has a key. When you wake up, it will be on the bathroom counter. Before the others can see the underground space, you have to go down by yourself to choose the pins and passcodes. I will tell you to be careful, though. Once you choose them, you can't change it.

What are you, an instruction manual?

TYPING.....

Smartass.

So, what do I do with the girls in the mean time?

TYPING.....

You can just let them talk until you have the codes set. Listen, Sierra. For about a month, you CANNOT commit any crimes.

I don't follow, I thought we were creating a gang here, why wait?

TYPING.....

You have to plan. Especially at first, you can't just be sloppy, this takes time and training.

Okay, I get it now. Can I go?

TYPING.....

There is one more thing I must explain. The roles.

Roles?

TYPING.....

You have to have specific roles. You, ultimately, will be the leader. People will go to you immediately if they have information, questions, concerns, basically anything. The others are just in charge of essentials. You must decide who to put in charge of them.

What exactly are the essentials?

TYPING.....

Money, technical support - hackers basically, weaponry, training, and a disposal team. The technical support and money fields will have to work together sometimes.

What the fuck is a disposal team?

TYPING.....

Oh, it's very simple actually. They get rid of any bodies. Dead bodies. This is for few people, but enough to make it a category. They clean up to make sure there's no prints or evidence to link the gang to any crimes. They have another purpose, as well. If you need people to help move things or perhaps run errands for food and other things like that, they will be the ones to do it. They're kind of like the backbone.

Oh, okay. I have to put one girl in charge of each section, correct?

TYPING.....

Yes, and it will be helpful to decide right now instead of when you wake up.

Well, I have to think for a second.... I'll put Amy in the disposal team, I want to know if she'll really be all in and loyal. There's no better place to test that. Emma is uncomfortable with violence, so she can be in charge of money. Victoria probably isn't really good with confrontations, so she can be with the technical support area. Camilla can be very harsh, a good trait for training people. I'll have to train her a little myself, though.

TYPING.....

I guess that leaves Carly with the weapons.

I don't have a problem with that. I'm going to need more than one month, though. Two will probably do it.

TYPING.....

I suppose it's settled then. I'll check on you in two months, but until then, you have to take care of everything. Understood?

I'm not a child, I know how to do that.

TYPING.....

I'm trusting you're right for this job, Sierra.

Oh, believe me. I'm more than qualified.
