Chapter 5

I walked out of the bathroom after finishing my business. I was about to go to my office to get something from there fast when suddenly I bumped into someone's hard chest once again.

"Why do I always bump into someone recently?!"

I looked up to see the same guy in the park yesterday. If yesterday he looked so casual, today he looks formal and I must admit he looks like someone who just got out from a fairy tale book. He looks like a prince.

This is odd, I didn't avoid him once again.

"Are you done staring miss?" He asked while smirking

"Do I look like I'm staring at you sir?"  I said to him while I composed myself in front of him professionally.

I'm very sure that even though I look professional, my face is still burning hot and I knew that he saw me blushing since he chuckled and said.

"You're red"

"No I'm not"

"Yes you are"

"I said no sir"

"Can you just lead me the way to the conference room, I don't know where is it. I'm lost. I was supposed to be there a few minutes ago."

I looked over at my watch and saw that it's already 8:20. Why do time flies so fast?

I grabbed his hand and hurriedly went first to my office to get some important files in my desk. I saw him laughing at me.

"What are you laughing at?"

"You" he pointed at me.

"You look like a gorilla panicking" he said.

"Well you sir look like a gorilla laughing like an idiot" I said as I went out of my office door and closed it.

"Let's go" I said while running quickly to the conference room. But when I looked back I saw the guy walking while laughing so hard and pointing at me.

I grabbed his right hand and pull him so that we can get quicker to the conference room.

I opened the door to the room and saw all the girls looking at the mirror and boys fixing their ties. Secretary Oh (the old CEO's secretary) is not yet here and that made me sigh in relief.

As we both sat down, all of them look towards us. They started whispering words and I can hear what they are talking about.

"Look he is so handsome!"

"He's gorgeous"

"Is he the secretary of the new CEO?"

"This is my first time seeing Architect Lee looking comfortable with a boy."

"I know right, I am always talking to her and she doesn't even look at me straight in the eye."

Whispers filled the room and I am already feeling uncomfortable when suddenly someone touched my hand and held it tight.

I looked over him and saw that it was his hand touching mine. Slowly my stomach started churning and it feels like something is flying inside it.

Butterflies

It's been so long since the last time I felt it.

This is the first time in 3 years that I felt safe once again.

I do not feel nauseous

I do not find it hard to breath

I did not avoid him

Am I now healed?

Or just imagining things
