George's POV

Ma'am, it's a good thing that you're already here. Your parents are waiting for you inside. One of our maid said.

Oh? What are they doing all of a sudden here? I asked.

I walk inside and I saw my parents with their guest.

Mom, dad! I'm home. I said.

Oh, my dearest daughter is already here. My mother said.

George, meet Mr. Roa and his son. Mr. Roa is one of our business partner. My father said.

My father just laugh and then my mother interrupted us and invited us to dinner she had prepared.

Oh, yeah. Let's take the dinner and talk about their engagement at the same time. My father said.

Ah, come on honey. Let's take our seats. The food will get cold. My mom said while she's dragging me towards the table.
