In the next morning when I arrived at school. I could see another commotion near the guidance office. I had made my way to the guidance office and saw the girls from yesterday as well as Hannah and the girl with her in the clinic. Ms. Pacot went outside and told us to go back to our respective classes, and then she went in and closed the door. As I walked back in the hallway, I meet aunt Ysabelle and the guidance counselor. I just greeted them and they proceed to the room.
Hannah's POV
I'm really nervous today mom. I feel like I don't want to go to school today. I am afraid to face them. I nervously said to my mom.Mom had just comforted me and patted my back.
You don't have nothing to afraid of my baby. God knows you haven't done anything bad to others, and He will give you comfort today. Just put your faith to Him and trust your mom that I will take care of you okay?
I hugged my mom and apologize for the inconveniences I caused. I said to her while crying.
Oh, silly girl. I'm sorry as well that you're carrying this alone all these years. I'll make sure to make them pay of their offensive violence to you, my baby.
She wiped my tears and hugged me again. We go to the school early to meet the principal and give our initial statement about the incident. After we gave our statement, the principal asked us to wait in the guidance office as they're still waiting for the others to come. My mom and I went to the guidance office and patiently wait. After a while, Mich and her friends arrived along with their parents. They were all silent while waiting for the principal and the counselor to arrive to facilitate the hearing. The last one to arrive is Miss Smith and a man with a suitcase. They sit next to us. Later on, the principal and the guidance counselor arrives, and they started the hearing.
Thank you all for your patience. We had just finished with our meeting and reviewing all your statement, stitching it together to know the truth behind this. The principal said.
We would like you to know that our school is strictly not tolerating bullying in our proximity. This is a serious matter and grave offense and may lead either to suspension or worse being expelled. She added.
Mrs. Micompal will now lead us in this discussion. She said then she signaled the counselor to proceed. She said.
Thank you Dr. Bishop. Once again good morning parents and students. We're all here to provide our school's decision and provide proper documentation. She said. Then she faced the projector and show some documents.
The incident happened yesterday around the one-hour school's lunch. This is the time where all students were taking their lunch together. Most of the time the corridors would be found empty. In the place of the incident, we could prove that the hallway is clean. However, it was not captured in our CCTV regarding the bullying except the cat fight of our students. She said. Ms. Cruz stated that she was walking in the hallway when she met Ms. Asuncion and her friends who allegedly grabbed Ms. Cruz then hit her with bare hands. According to our school's nurse, as you can see in this slide. There is a sign of choking in miss Cruz's neck which corresponds to Ms. Cruz's statement that she was choked by miss Asuncion and being slapped in the face multiple time until she passed out. This also connects with Miss Smith's evidence about the bullying incident. Please look at the next slide as it will contain a clip of the violence. The counselor said. Their parents had watched the video showing how they hurt me.
Please listen to another clip submitted to us. The counselor said and play the recording, and she sync it to the first video.
Ms. Smith: Hey, you must stop this violence or else you will regret this. Leave her alone.
