The past few weeks came by like a breeze. The day we came back to school, Hinata didn't even hesitate to scream at the top of his lungs
"I LOVE HIMAWARI KAOTAKA!"
I was so embarrassed but, I got used to it. Whenever I'd come out of class he'd always be running to me in the halls. Gosh, he always brought so much attention to us..but I don't mind anymore. Does it really matter what people think? I remember some girls gossiping... and I definitely heard Hinata's name being said, but I thought it was just because of his volleyball team.
"Hmm.. Hinata must be at the gym."
Right when I said that a tall figure stood behind me.
"Looking for shortie?"
I look up behind me. Oh, it was Tsukishima Kei.
"Oh hey Tsuki! Aren't you suppose to be at the gym?"
"Yeah, but they wanted me to go fill up the water bottles."
Me and Kei were okay friends I guess. He was kind of nice to me, but of course, he still teased me. I don't mind though, I just tease him back.
I helped Tsukishima carry everything into the gym. Right as I came in I heard a familiar voice.
"What's up Kaotaka!"
What's up with everyone coming up to me today? I put the water bottles on the bench and responded, not knowing who I was talking to.
"Nothing much. I'm probably just going to stay here and play with a spare volleyball."
I finally look to my side to see Nishinoya. Right when I saw Noya, I suddenly got this rush of energy.
"Oh! Noya, what's up?"
Me and Noya were super close too. We really liked playing games together. Oh no, not online games..like hide and seek, or tag. Haha, I know. To be completely honest. I was really close with the whole team. I like being with them. I feel at home. Since Hinata was the only person I really hung out with, I've just found my group with the volleyball club. Although sometimes I wish I had a girl friend to talk to.
"NOYA! GET YOUR BUTT OVER HERE AND WORK!!!"
Daichi yelled at Noya.
"ALRIGHT! Cya later!"
"Alright-"
I put my hand up into a fist.
"ROLLING THUNDERRR! Hehe did I do that right"
"You need to work on it some more, but with my help, you'll get it in no time!"
