Zayn's POV
I watch Alisha as she made dinner for us. It's 9pm. I insisted her to go out, but she said no. I still can't believe she kissed me. Her soft plump lips press against mine. Just thinking about it gives me strange feeling at the pit of my stomach. It's wierd. I never got a feeling like this before. Forget the kiss... I just told the love of my life my biggest secret. I told her about my past. I never told anyone. My heart told me to tell her. I love her. Insanely in love with this girl, I met at the coffee shop a few months ago. The red dress she was wearing made my jaw drop. She looked so damn beautiful in that thing. I didn't know I would fall so hard for her. Now I can't even imagine my life without her. Heck it scares me to even think about it.
"Zayn?" Alisha's voice snap me out my thoughts and i looked at her beautiful face. I smiled at her.
"Dinner's ready" She says. Truly I don't want to eat. I just want to spend my alone time with her.
"Babe can we eat later" I say pouting. She furrows her eyebrows and I do the same thing. Not knowing what the question is.
"This is the second time you've called me 'babe'. You never said that. Why today?" She asks me. I walk over to her and wrap my arms around her. I lean in to give a peck on her lips.
"Just enjoying this alone time with you, babe" I say and she rolls her eyes.
"We'll get alot of alone time when we get married" She says and smiles. I gaze into her eyes and i can see a light in her eyes. A light that contains love. Love for me.
"What?" She says.
"I love you" I say and she smiles.
"I love you" She says and my heart started pounding faster. Everytime she says those three words makes my heart beat faster. What ever she says or does always have an effect on me. A crazy effect.
"Now can we eat?" She asks me and I nod. She made rice and stew. It tastes so amazing. It feels like years having home made food.
"You know I have not eaten home made food in a long long long time" I say.
"Really?" She asks me in shock I nod in response. She looks at me with a frown on her face. The dinner was silent. We didn't say a word. I knew she had questions in her head. I am ready to answer all the questions. She just needs them to spill them out. We both sit on the couch and she turns on the telly. I snatch the remote from her and switch it off. I turn towards her.
"Ask me" I say and she looks at me with a counfused look.
"What?" She asks me.
"I know you have alot of questions in your mind. Now ask" I say and I look into her amazing eyes.
"Your mum. Where is she?" She asks and I was lost for words. I was not expecting this from her. Any question related to mum makes me emotional and angry.
"She's in America. In texas." I say and her eyes widen.
"Did you meet her?" She asks me.
"A week before Ibrahim's wedding" I say.
"How is she?" She asks me. My heart tore apart. Tears start to form, but i don't want to cry like an idiot. Before I could reply she pulled me into a hug. My head was over her chest. Her fingers running through my hair in a comforting manner.
