I was inside our classroom, waiting for our next class to start. I was transferring my notes when someone barged inside the room.

"Sooyoung eonni..." Sohyun appeared.

"What do you want?"

"I'm sorry, I know I've done wrong things. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to destr-"

"What did you say? "You didn't mean to"?" I smirked.

She lowered her head started crying.

"No one in this entire world would say they "didn't mean to" when they were sure enough. Do you understand? How could you be so shameless?" I continued.

"I'm so sorry, don't blame Sungjae. It's all my fault. I seduced him. But it was only because I wanted to have revenge on Irene, your sister." Sohyun knelt in front of me.

"What? Revenge? On me? Because of Irene? Did your smart-ass ever think that Irene doesn't get affected by anything that happens to me?"

She kept crying and stayed kneeling down asking for forgiveness.

"Get up right no-" I couldn't finish what I was going to say as students were gathered in front of the room and Sungjae appeared.

"What did you say?" He asked Sohyun.

"I'm sorry, I never loved you." She answered.

I looked at Sungjae. He looked so shattered, broken. More hurt than when I broke up with him. Once again, my world was devastated. My heart started to break again.

Just before I started to cry again, Taehyung grabbed my wrist. While he grabbed my hand, Sungjae looked at us and we passed Eunwoo, Wendy, Yeri and Seulgi.

"Cry if you want to. Stop acting tough." Taehyung talked as we sat at the rooftop.

"Isn't it interesting?"

"What do you mean?" he asked.

"How this world is overly-cruel. Interesting isn't it?"

"Why do you think that way?" he asked again.

"Just. Circumstances happen. Then when you start to think life's getting better, karma gets her revenge."

"I think it's fate. It was bound to happen. You know, what goes around, comes around." Taehyung said.

"You." I looked at him and stared at his stunning brown eyes.

"What?" he stared back which caught me off guard and I avoided his gaze.

"Tell me if ever you don't want to be friends anymore. Don't do stupid things and try to hurt me too. I will kill you." I threatened him.

"Why would I do that when I know that getting hurt is the reason why nice people turn into harsh ones?" he looked at me.

"Thank you." I uttered.

"For what?"

"Being here beside me when I need someone the most."

"That's right. Be thankful. You have such a handsome friend beside you." he acted cool.

"Get lost." I acted annoyed and we laughed together.
