In a few minutes, Cy had reached the far South where the Federation had first appeared. Among the scattered bodies, his suit quickly picked up on life signs in the distance.

[South of the solar panels. Caution advised; hostiles detected nearby.]

"Hostiles? I don't see an-"

Just as he turned the corner, a small Peacebringer lunged at him. If not for the suit's sensor-aided movement and enhanced reflexes, he most likely would have been impaled. Parrying the next attack with his rifle's tough body, he used the momentum of the attack to land a quick kick that stunned the Peacebringer before his rifle crashed down on its head.

"Ah-you made it..."

"Klobucher? Hang on, I'll get you. What happened?"

"I was at Central with the others...but during the fighting, they cut me off before I had a chance to retreat with the rest. Thankfully – ah, shit, that hurts... – they went right past me, and after all of them had passed I hid before going forward to see who else had survived in the South."

"Shit."

As the first units picked up on him and began charging their weapons, he instinctively picked her up and ran north.

"Delta, more incoming, South. Cel, get Crawford to load up more small nukes and standby. I'm evacing one survivor. Andrew, report in."

"Roger. Three survivors and one prisoner at the East. I patched up one – Beryl – 400m out and found Shen and Heath further out...not too far off from where Cel had dropped those anti's. I'm coming back with Shen to the medic bay."
