A New Beginning- A Hinny Story

Harry took Ginny's hand and started walking back to the burrow.

"Hey Gin?"

"Well-err-I was wondering, since we are getting married you know, maybe you want to move in to a house together?" Ginny could tell Harry was nervous when he said it, so she saved him from the embarrassment.

"Of course I want to move in to our own place Harry!"

Harry breathed a sigh of relief. Ginny laughed. "You thought I wouldn't want to move in with my fiancé!"

Harry smiled slightly and shrugged. "You never know."

They made it back to the burrow hand-in-hand. As soon as Harry opened the door, Hermione immediately ran up to them and practically squealed, "Let me see the ring!"

Ginny smiled at her and replied, "Who said I said 'yes'?"

This time Charlie piped up. "Oh, come on Ginny! You've been talking about this day since you were 10!"

Ginny blushed and playfully punched Charlie. "Shut up." Ginny then held out her hand for hermione.

Hermione gushed over the ring. "It's beautiful!"

Charlie and the rest of the weasley brothers patted Harry on the back and told him to take care of Ginny, and after Harry promised that he would, they all left to bed except Hermione, Ron, Harry, and Ginny.

Ginny sat beside Harry with their hands interlocked and Ginny's head on Harry's shoulder. Hermione and Ron were talking about what they did today, since neither of them saw much of each other. They were best friends now, and Hermione was happily dating Draco Malfoy, who was now a family friend.

Ginny soon fell asleep on Harry's shoulder, and Harry said his goodbyes to Ron and Hermione, and he picked Ginny up bridal style, and carried her to her bed, kissed her forehead, and quietly left the room.

Hermione soon went to bed after them, and she now slept in Percy's old room, because he basically disowned his family. Ron went to bed also, just a bit later, in his attic bedroom.

At 2:07 in the morning, 3 loose death eaters apperated into Ginny's bedroom, They put a sleeping spell on Harry, and put a silencing spell on the room. One of them body-binded Ginny, and the remaining took down the charms they had put up, and all of them apperated out.

They arrived in a secret location that only a few people knew of, Malfoy Manor. They took Ginny, chained her to the wall, and waited for her to wake up.

*3 hours later*

Ginny woke up to a coldness on her back. She opened her eyes, and she noticed she was not in her bedroom at the burrow. Instead, she is in a dark cellar, and you can barely see your surroundings. As far as Ginny could tell, there was nothing in the room. There were no windows either, and the door was at the far end of the room. She then noticed she was in chains. Just Great She thought to herself.

Just then a death eater walked into the room. A cold shiver went down her spine, and she quickly checked if she still had the ring. Thank Merlin She thought as she took note she still had it.

The death eater then spoke to her.

"I bet you are wondering why I brought you here?"

Ginny didn't speak, she was too frightened, after what a death eater did to Fred.

"Oh? Not going to talk eh?"

Ginny gulped.

"Oh well. I brought you here because I know you are Potter's precious little girlfriend, so he will do anything for us if it means you are free, so he will come looking for you, and when he does, we can make him pay for killing the Dark Lord."

Ginny thought of Harry's lifeless body lying there, and she felt a r tree ear roll down her cheek.

The death eater saw this, and when he did, he cursed Ginny.

"Crucio!!"

Ginny screamed in agony and thrashed in the chains, pain coursing through every bone.  The death eater just laughed and continued to throw curses at her.

"Crucio!!.....Crucio!!......" The death eater pondered for a moment, and then, "Sectumsepra!!"

With that curse, Ginny fell limp as blood poured through her clothes, cuts were everywhere, and most were around an inch deep. The death eater laughed and left the room, making sure to lock the door behind him.

Third Person POV

Harry woke up well rested and sat up and grabbed his glasses, expecting to see his red headed fiancé sleeping beside him. However, she was nowhere in sight.

"Gin?" Harry called, as she could be in the bathroom.

No Answer

Harry got up and quickly dressed, ran downstairs, and again called for her. "Gin?!" Harry said, a bit louder so she could hear if she was in fact downstairs.  

No Answer

Harry ran up to Hermione's room and knocked quickly. Hermione immediately opened the door to find a stressed looking Harry in front of her.

"What is it Harry?" Hermione asked urgently.

"Have you seen Ginny?" Harry asked in a rush.

Hermione paused. ".....No. How come she's not with you? She would never go somewhere without you."

" 'Mione?" Harry said and tears started to gather in his eyes. You could hear the stress in his voice.

Hermione looked at him and started to connect the pieces together.

"I'll go wake Ron, and contact the order. You set the D.A coins to meet here and go the the Ministry and get Aurors." Hermione said to him. Harry just stood there and a tear rolled down his cheek. Hermione looked at him and could see how much he was hurting.

Hermione reaches up and wiped his tear. She gave him a tight hug. "Everything's going to be alright Harry. We will find her."

"What if something happened to her? I would never live with myself."

"You will never live with yourself if you don't find her. Now go to the Ministry." Hermione finished, pushing him out the door.

And with that, Harry quickly disapperated.
