The Last Time Leo Runs? (hoO and Avengers crossover)

I walked over to my desk looking for an assignment for the Avengers when I stumbled upon a strange file. There was very little about him but a list that would take hours to read of crimes he has committed or is a suspect of.
"Agent Hill please assemble the Avengers right away."
"Yes sir."
"By two o'clock in conference room one."
"Right away sir."
"Oh and Maria could you try and find the last place he was spotted?" I handed her a copy of the file I made.
I skimmed through his file he must be a terrorist working for someone but who? My thoughts got interrupted by the Avengers surprisingly all there, Natasha basically dragging Tony in to the room.

"Whats the mission Fury?" Asked Clint,
"I believe you must capture another terrorist." I gave them all copies of the file and watched there faces. It was the shortened version but it was still quite long. I waited for them to all start talking at once, but when they finished I knew I picked the right people for the job.
"Who does he work for?" Asked Natasha and Steve creepily due to the fact it was in unison.
"We dont know, he must work for someone, no way a kid that young could be a terrorist, I want you to find him-"
"Sir sorry to interrupt but I found out he just arrived in New York."

"Avengers suit up, try a peaceful attake first, he should be an easy target. Agent Sanders will keep you updated on his location. I want you to watch him first try to figure out what you can especially where he is staying and what he's doing in New York. But bring him in at all cost besides death."
"Yes sir." The Avengers all ran out of the room to suit up and I stared at the picture of the young terrorist.

"We will find you Leo Valdez."
