When we reach the grocery store, I silently thank god there's not much people. I hate it if there's loads of people in the grocery store. It just seem crowded and I will totally be a moody person.
I grab a shopping cart and Luke shook his head saying that he won't be a gentlemen if he let me push the cart. I rolled my eyes at the silly boy but let him push it anyway.
I told him to get some bread while I go get some ice cream. "I don't wanna go alone, can't be just got together ?" He whined. "it'll be faster Luke, just go and I'll meet you at the pasta aisle." I explain. He groans but obey me anyway.
I walk along the ice cream aisle. What kind of ice cream do they like? I just stare at all of the ice cream flavors. I heard some footstep behind me. I knew who it was, i glance back and I swear I look like I've seen a ghost.
Dave.
He can't find me here. I didn't even told him that I arrived yesterday and Luke is here with me. His back is turning to me so he didn't notice me. I made a run for it. I have to avoid him. I look back to see if he heard my running footsteps. But he disappeared.
He's gone ? what? then I bump into something. I fell on my butt and yelp in pain. I look up and it's not something , it's someone.
"Hey, where's the ice cream?" He ask ,looking around. I sigh in relieve that I bumped into him and not Dave, surprisingly .
"I'm fine thank you." I huff. He smiles cheekily and hold out a hand for me. I take it and he pull me up. I brush my backside and thank Luke.
"Now why were you running like a mad person?" He smirk. "Luke, he's here." I said as calm as possible. "so?" He said like it's not a big thing. "I didn't tell him that I'm here , and worst , I'm sleeping at your place, and he's not fond of you." I rub my temple , trying to stay calm.
"what now ?"
"I don't know, he could be anywhere." I fuss. "here, put on my hoodie and my shades." He hand me his stuff to disguise myself.
I put the hoodie on and cover my head. I put on the sunglasses and laugh. "I probably look ridiculous right now."
"My hoodie looks good on you," He grin. "anyway, go hide in the bathroom and I'll text you when he's gone." He shooed me. "you're gonna bail me later aren't ya?" I sigh.
He covers his face with his hand. "well now , you know my plan."
"Lukeeeeee" I whine and hit him in the arm. "ow ow, I'm kidding" He put his hand up in defense.
"okay kidding, here's the list of some stuff you have to get, but I don't know what ice cream you guys like so just pick whatever." I shove the piece of paper in his hand and scurried off, and hoped I won't bump into my boyfriend.

Luke
I push the cart to another aisle to get some pancake mix. I never went grocery shopping without my mum, because she knows exactly what brand to choose, and I would always get scolded by her when if I let her go alone.
I toss the pancake mix in the cart and stroll it to the cashier, but there is two couple playing around in front of me. I pull my face with my hands in frustration, but then I recognize the voices.
"can't wait to get home." The guy grin.
"eager are we Davey?" She giggled.
No fucking way. Him and her?
