DUAL LIGHTING
Basically two light sources hitting an object or model like this :

It's kinda easy ish–depending on where the light's coming from. I'll teach you the basics of how to do simple dual lighting.
+Get your pretty model lady

+ Choose your colours. Colours that go well in dual light are usually : RED-BLUE, GREEN-PINK, GREEN-YELLOW, AQUA-PURPLE. I chose red and blue
+Paint the first half of the face with a red airbrush and set it to overlay/ multiply
+Paint the whites of the eyes with white and set it to add then reduce opacity.
