So I'm feeling slightly festive and decided to write a little fluffy one shot for you all. I might continue writing little one shots for this if all goes well, we'll just have to see though.

Merry Christmas to you all, my lovely readers!! Xxx

It was 5:30pm on the 24th of December and Melody had taken James to the nearest shopping mall to see Santa. Tom was expected home later that evening, however due to unexpected plane delays, Tom had informed her that he wouldn't be home until Christmas day morning. Despite how upset Melody was about it at first, she thought it would be the best Christmas present ever to have had walk through the door so brushed it off.

As the two walked through the shopping mall, Melody could tell that James' excitement was growing with every step he took, Santa's grotto was in sight and James gripped tighter to his mummy's hand.

"Hi there little guy, it seems you're lucky enough to be Santa's last visitor today, they always get the best presents" the little elf whispered cheerfully into James' ear, making Melody smile.

With James in the lead, the two of them entered Santa's grotto, greeted by Santa himself.

"Well hello there young man, what's your name?" Santa asked as he placed James onto his knees.

"My name is James Hiddleston, Santa" He replied cheerfully.

"Well James, seeing as you've been a very good boy this year, I'm going to give you a very special present. But first James I need to ask you a question. What would you like for christmas?" As James listed off some of the things, Melody couldn't help but think about what she wanted for christmas... she wanted her husband home so they can get the festivities started.

"And what does James' mummy want for Christmas?" Santa interrupted her thoughts, he sat there with a smile as he waited for her reply.

"Umm well, I um-" she stuttered, thankfully her son butted in.

"She wants my daddy to come home" he said, taking his mum's hand and pulling her closer to him and Santa.

"Does she?" Santa asked, aiming his question at Melody. A tear ran down her cheek as she nodded. Of course that's what she wanted.

"Well I guess it's time for your present James, and because I'm feeling extra festive tonight, I shall give you a present too Mrs Hiddleston" and then suddenly the hat was off, the beard was gone and Tom was standing in front of the two people he loved most.

"TOM?!" "DADDY!" The shocked pair squealed at the same time. Tom grabbed James and threw him into the air before catching him and hugging him close before his eyes met with Melody's.

"Hello darling" Tom grinned and Melody threw herself into his open arm. Tom embraced his two favourite people, holding them close. It was once they has all calmed down that Melody whispered into his ear.

"Best Christmas ever!"
