The End of Everything

Chapter 4

Lily P.O.V

The sun is bright and warm as I wake up. The curtains were open and the sun was out, but covered by clouds. I sit up and eventually get my day started with. Since today was Sunday, I usually spend my time with Natan, exploring the town.

I knock on the door twice. I hear footsteps behind the door and Vice opens it. He didn't have a shirt on, just with grey sweatpants.

"Like what you see?" He raises an eyebrow as I roll my eyes and walk right past him. I hated his cockiness.

"You wish Vice." I scoff, walking up the stairs. I feel him watch me go up. As I turn the corner I turn my head to him and wink. This was going to be fun. No it wasn't what are you thinking Lily? That's your best friends older brother! Get it together.

I open the door to see Natan making out with someone. I clear my throat shocked he had someone in his room.

"Natan!" I yell playfully putting my hands up. He quickly stops and sits up putting on his shirt.

"I didn't know you would be here so early." He adds pushing his hair back on his head. He looks over at the boy with a smile and then looks back at me.

"You know..you are my best friend so, I'll just wait downstairs. Continue what you were doing, but don't make to much noise." I add the last part through the door. I walk down to the kitchen stools and pull out my phone.

"What are you doing?" Vice says, scaring me making me jump hitting my phone on the table. I grab my heart for a second before answering.

"Sorry." He cringes sitting across from me with a smile. He looks at my lock screen that I didn't know that was showing. It was a picture of me, Natan and him. It was the only picture we all had together.

I quickly turn it off and look up at him shaking his head already looking at me.

"I like your lock screen." He proclaims nudging his head with a twinkle in his eyes. He creases his eyebrows and tilts his head.

"What?" I ask looking down at my phone. I feel his stares and I see his smiles.

"Your beautiful." He smirks with his sparkling eyes. He leans his head on his hand. I shake my head looking up at him. He gives me a frown and nods his head.

"Thanks, but stop flirting with me Vice." I speak up crossing my arms.

"I know you like me Lily, but you might not realize I actually payed attention to you." He stated pointing his finger at me.

"Hey Lily!" Natan announces intruding me and Vice's conversation, which I am thankful for.

"Hey loser." Vice replies and Natan just rolls his eyes and turns back to the staircase. He looks back at me and then Vice.

"What's up?" I ask him winking my eye acting like I didn't see anything. He shakes his head and smiles.

"I was thinking we can go get coffee?" He crosses his arms and pulls out the keys that we're in his pocket.

"Sure-." I say but was cut off by Vice.

"I'm coming with you guys." Vice says sitting up and pushing his hood off his head. I look back and roll my eyes. Natan sighs and nods his head and shrugs his shoulders.

"No actually it's Natan and I'd place to talk and you don't have to always be near us." I huff turning his way. I raise an eyebrow and he smirks.

"Well Lily Willson, things have changed." He smirks walking to get his wallet. I look over at pat Natan on the shoulder who looks annoyed.
