Jamie broke away from his guard, running over to Claude and tackling him to the floor. "No one else is dying" he muttered as he pinned him to the floor. Saskia closely followed, taking out Miko and Ingrid who quickly fled from the room. "Saskia, take Claude, I need to get the hand cuffs" Jamie grunted as he tried to hold Claude down to the floor. "Get off me son" Claude snapped but Jamie wasn't giving in. Meanwhile everyone was trying to escape their guards who were  ow holding on tighter.

Saskia took hold of Claude as Jamie ran out the room, looking for any spare pare. Eventually he came across a basket full of them and ran back. Ellie and Raphael had now managed to escape, Ellie grabbing the bracket from Claude's clasp. "Give that back little girl, didn't mummy every tell you it was rude to steal" Claude said, reaching out for it under Saskia's clasp. Jamie took his hand quickly wrapping a hand cuff around it and pulling him up to a sitting position, tying his hands behind his back.

Raphael beat up the rest of guards, freeing the remaining friends. He looked down at Percy in pure sorrow, his body lying cold. "We have to get out of here" Binah shrieked, running for the door. Jamie picked Lottie up into bridal position, closely followed by Ellie and the rest of the group, Raphael carrying Percy over his shoulder. The corridors were deserted, their running footsteps echoing. Soon enough they reached the exit, each realising they had no idea where they were or how to get back. Lottie stood up, out of Jamie's embrace and ran across the open field in front of them, "come on, I see a sign" she called out.

Once everyone had reached the sign, all helplessly panting, Jamie read it, "Rosewood Lane". Binah jumped up and down "I know where we are, we just need to follow this path up there for a mile and then we should be able to see the school.". Saskia looked confused "we were this close to their base all along?". Anastacia shook her head "their base moves around, so we'll never capture them, I suppose they'll move again". Lottie looked back at the tall grey building "not if we send police there before they can leave, if Claude goes, they'll have no purpose anymore". Everyone nodded in agreement before starting the long journey back.

"I see it!" Lola squealed from ahead, Rosewood's large profile standing in front. Everyone celebrated tiredly, stumbling up the hill. "I don't know if I can make it" Anastacia gasped. "Almost there" Ellie encouraged, also breathing heavily. Lottie and Jamie stood at the back, holding hands, Jamie mainly heaving Lottie along. Saskia swung her arm around Anastacia's shoulders, pulling her along.

Maravich guards were waiting for them at the gate, Rosewood obviously contacted the palace after the friends went missing. "Claude, he's down that path, one mile, grey building, hand cuffed in large room" Ellie panted to them. Raphael placed Percy's body down on the grass "I don't think we can bring him any further" he whispered, tears in his eyes. "We'll take him, make sure he finds a safe place to enter a better world" a guard offered, taking his body. Raphael nodded in appreciation, Ellie coming over and hugging him as he cried. Everyone stood there, feeling their sorrow to the loss of Percy.

Jamie looked away from the group, walking away, towards the woods of Rosewood. Lottie felt his hand slip away from hers as she turned to look at him. She knew what he was thinking, he died because of his father. Lottie looked back to the group before following after Jamie. "Jamie, Jamie, it's not your fault, don't Bali's yourself for his actions" she called out but he kept on walking. Lottie sighed hopelessly. "Please tell me what's wrong" she called out again, running to catch up. "I was too late" he replied, not looking back. " I should've broken free sooner". Lottie looked at the back of him, his wrists red from where the handcuffs had been. "Jamie, you saved us, don't beat yourself up about what you didn't do, what all of didn't do, think of everything you did do" she said. "I'm fed up of not being enough, even my own father despises me" he replied. "Jamie, you are enough. You are my everything, please, don't wish of your fathers approval, we just have to learn to live with reality" Lottie called out again.

"Leviathan didn't do this because of you. Claude didn't attack us because your his son. They attacked us because of me" Lottie said, now stood still watching as Jamie walked away. Jamie turned around "I'm going for some fresh air... alone". Lottie watched as he walked off, leaving her alone in the wood. She felt her bottom lip tremble as tears began to blur her vision. She quickly wiped it away letting out a deep breath.
