Liam's POV:

I knocked on her door as I heard something crash and break. It flung open and Olivia stood in front of me with a cold stare.

But she stepped out of my way and let me in her room once she was sure no one else was coming.

No words were exchanged as she sat on top of her old wooden desk and I set up all the supplies.

I started cleaning all her cuts as she held the ice pack to her face.

I lifted up her sleeves and gasped. She had burns and cuts going up. And surprisingly many looked new.

"Oh Olivia" I said quietly as she bit her lip when I lightly touched one. Her eyes couldn't meet mine as I looked at her. "Okay this is going to hurt" I said as I started rubbing them with an alcoholic swab.

No signs of pain showed but she looked upset and still shaken.

"It's okay to cry you know" I said to her and she did something I'd never think I'd ever think I would. She let a tear slip.

I pulled her into a hug but as she was about to push me off she stopped. Her hands fell slowly from my chest and I could tell she was slightly shocked.

"If you want to you can tell me what's going on. I can keep a secret" I whispered into her ear and I felt her bury her face deeper into my chest.

"I just.. It's just... Why are you helping me" she said and I placed my thumb softly under her chin. I slowly tilted her head up so she'd look at me.

"Your to beautiful to let waste away" I said and as she blushed I noticed a small creep unto her lips. It wasn't very big but I was grateful for it.

"It's just no ones every done this for me before" she said to me.

"What helped you clean up your cuts" I said and she nodded.

"I cant even remember the last time told me I was pretty" she said in a mumble but I smile softly at her.

"Well your goruguse so I don't think they know what their talking about" I said and she smiled at me.

But I noticed how shaky her breath was.

I held the hem of her shirt in my finger tips and looked her in the eyes. "Can I take a look" I asked and she nodded.

I pulled her shirt up just enough to see her stomach and it was completely covered in bruises.

I let it fall back down and placed the bag of peppers over it and handed her three tablets of Advil.

Then I handed her a beer. I popped the caps open using the desk and she graciously took it.

"I could really use one of these right now" she confessed to me and I smiled widely at her.

"What can I say I'm good" I joked and she still was smiling at me.

I pulled out the desk chair and sat on it in front of her.

"So I'm really curious who did that to your arms" I said and she looked down at the floor.

"I'm gonna get a beating for these" she said to herself then looked up at me.

"Ke-endle" she said and I frowned as I pulled her into a hug. She cried. Hard.

"Shh. Shh love it's alright. No ones gonna hurt you now" I said but she shrugged out of my grasp.

"How can you be sure because I'm pretty damn certain I'm gonna go into school tomorrow and get shoved into a locker and get slapped across the face. Oh wait can't forget about about the shit from Amanda and her boyfriends punches" she said and I shook my head.
