They say abstract art
is a key part of
i m a g i n a t i o n.
That boys should
run with the wind,
learn to be
w i l d and
f r e e.
Yet girls should
sit still
and look
p r e t t y.
Artists should learn
to enjoy life,
but writers should learn
to be solitary.
Boys run free,
yet girls look pretty.
Maybe we are but
the artist and the muse,
creating pretty images for
all eyes to see,
but we are not
for your
e n t e r t a i n m e n t.
