The Day Without You

Chapter 2

I just wore a plaid chiffon off-shoulder dress ending inches above my knees. It was fit on my body. I put makeup on my face and I curled the bottom of my long hair.

I see in the mirror that my mom came into my room. She approached me" Baby we're sorry because we need to fixed a married on you because it will work out well in the future."

"As if I have a choice mom"Sabi ko

I went downstairs and I saw dad wearing his polo long sleeve shirt. Gwapo si daddy at si mommy naman maganda kaya hindi imposibleng nagmana ako sa ganda nila. I sat down in the backseat,  I just kept quiet the whole time while daddy was driving.

When we arrived at the restaurant. Naunang maglakad papasok sina mommy kaya nasa likod nila ako nakasunod. The waiter's asked if we had a reservation table so mommy said yes.

We followed the waiter. When we entered the private room, the woman stood up and approached Mom. She kissed my mom cheek. Mom made a sign to come to her, kaya lumapit ako sa kaniya

She introduced me"Is this what I telling you my daughter Heavenly" she smiled at me sweetly  but I gave her I fake smile of mine.

We sit at a long table. I looked at my plate and starting to eat a little. I haven't seen my fiancé yet. I heard to them that he was on the way here now.

I saw a man approaching us. He was wearing white v-neck shirt with black leather jacket and black pants.

He kissed Mrs. Madrigal on the cheek. He sat down in front of me so we could face each other. When he saw me staring at him he looked at me and smirked. I looked away and pretended that I wasn't looking at him and tried to eat again.

They just keep talking about business. I stood up and excuse myself for going to the restroom.

I asked the waiter where their bathroom was. I looked at myself in the mirror, and I took the lipstick to the purse and I applied to my lip.

Someone suddenly came in and spoke"Why do you agree to what they want?" he asked. Hindi ko man lang kanina naramdaman na sumusunod pala siya sakin

"First of all I couldn't do anything about it, and don't blame me of this bullshit. We can do annulment right after our wedding"I boldly said even my body trembled in fear

"All right, let's pretend and act like a couple's when they're there and looking at us" he said seriously

He pulled me closer to him and he slowly put his hand on my waist. I could smell his manly scent. Lumabas kami ng banyo ng sabay.

When we returned to the table. Their eyes are widened.  I could see the question in their eyes but they kept their mouths shut. Wala silang sinabi pero nagtitigan sila sa kanilang mga mata na parang doon nag uusap

My mom was so happy when we got home. I smiled. Umakyat na lang ako at pumasok sa kwarto. I lay in bed and took a deep breath.

I got out of bed and went to the bathroom. I take a bath and do my skin care, I also brush my teeth and blow dried my wet hair. Naka tuwalya lang ako ng lumabas sa banyo. Kumuha ako ng damit sa cabinet. Nakasuot lang ako ngayon ng silk satin night dress at humiga na sa kama at natulog

The next morning I woke up early to take a jogging around the village. I was wearing a black sports bra and leggings. Hingal na hingal ako sa pagtakbo kaya umupo mo na ako sa may playground malapit sa amin at uminom ng tubig. Hindi naman ako nagtagal at umalis din ako. Kumain ako ng breakfast naligo sa taas

I texted my two friends na mag eenroll ako. They replied me na maliligo lang daw sila at sasamahan nila ako. Nagsuot lang ako ng white plain t-shirt at high waist pants na navy blue at pares na doll shoes

I went to the living room, I saw mommy crying while watching k-drama. Tss. Napaka emotional talaga ni mommy. Lumapit ako sa kaniya at hinagod ang likod niya. She stop crying and she gave me a questioning look."Pa enroll lang po ako, magpapaalam sana ako sa inyo" Sabi ko

"Ok" she said and continued watching

Hawak ko ang susi ng kotse. Gift ito sakin ni daddy ng graduation ko sa high school. Pumasok na ako sa loob at nag maneho.

When I was arrived, I saw Aven and Temmie. Temmie was laughing at him. "Temmie" I shouted, they turned their gaze to me and they wave their hands. I walked over to them. I hugged them both and I kissed their cheeks. They just laughed at what I did.

" I miss you all"

"I miss you too" sabi ni Temmie

"I miss you too, babe"Aven said and he was smiling annoyingly

Tumawa si Temmie sa sinabi ni Aven. Umirap na lang ako. Inaasar ako ni Temmie kay Aven at ang mokong naman tuwang tuwa na napipikon na'ko

Nang matapos kami mag enroll kumain kami sa seven/eleven. Nagyaya si Temmie na mag club night mamaya kaya pumayag ako. Umuwi ako sa bahay at pumasok sa kwarto ko.  Humiga ako, iidlip lang ako kahit ilang oras lang.

My cellphone rang on the table beside my bed. Kinuha ko 'yon at sinagot ng nakapikit."Hello?" I asked

"Sabi mo pupunta ka, nasan kana?

Pinatay ko agad ang tawag, bumangon agad ako at pumasok sa banyo. Napasarap yata pagtulog ko. I wore a bodycon dress spaghetti strap ending inches above my knees. It was fit on my body. A thin strap revealing my arms and collarbones. I partnered with a pair of red heels.

I put my things inside my purse before spraying my perfume and left the room. Temmie texted me again, she's asking me if pupunta pa ba daw ako kaya nireplyan ko na oo.

I went downstairs, nakita ako ni daddy. I kiss his cheecks" Dad, alis lang po ako babalik din naman ako mamaya" paalam ko kay daddy

"Ok, ingat lang Heaven" sabi niya

Good thing hindi niya na ako tinanong kung saan ako pupunta. Kahit sabihin ko naman sa kanila papayag parin naman sila. They gave me my freedom. That's the reason why I was so blessed of having them and so much grateful kay God dahil naging magulang ko sila.
