ACCORDING TO MULTIPLE news stations, newspaper companies and on social media, the attendance for Crossbar's annual Drama Festival was decreasing dramatically as each year went by.

"It's most likely the last every year for the event being held in the city again, so I had to get tickets for us all to attend," GRACIE said, as THE DETECTIVE GIRLS made their way towards Primrose Park where the festival was held every year. "I actually didn't need help with Adriana contact wise, I was able to bag us eight tickets from an old colleague I used to work with here."

"That's less work for me to do," ADRIANA shrugged it off casually. Besides, she did a lot of work for The Detective Girls, so she deserved a little break. As did everyone if they were all being honest. It was hard being them, as having six children trapped in young men's bodies supposedly always in the same location as them coincidently must've been a torture.

Gracie had previously been able to order tickets in advance since she used to perform at the festival years ago herself, but tickets were now sold at the ticket booth. It was now on a 'first come first serve' kind of basis now at this stage due to the drop in attendance.

The Crossbar Drama Festival was held for one week every year in Primrose Park, where the local drama society set up an incredible stage outdoors for the performance of the professionals who travelled to the city. One each night, a different production was put on for their audiences, some being very well written as their scripts were done by well known scriptwriters. There were normally different actors for each production, giving many the chance to get involved in a production for the festival. Yet this year was a little different. There were two incredible actresses lined up for the last two shows playing both of the leads for both of the productions.

CASSANDRA HARPER, or as everyone called her Cassie, was a stunning blonde who really performed well comedically and smartly as the roles of the 'dumb blonde' or the best friend. For tonight's show in 'The Flower Patch', she would be playing the role of Lacey Barlowe, a spoilt city girl who according the show program, ends up befriending the lead after running into her at a gardening centre. Cassie had a very active social media presence and a large fan base, showing all of her fans sneak peaks behind the scenes of shows and banter with the cast.

The lead star for tonight's show was SKYLAR MENDOZA, an incredible Filipino / American actress. There had been many rumours of her circulating that she would quit travelling around for productions and move to Hollywood to start her so called 'real' acting career there. She had been a star of the festival for years and this news devastated many of the remaining fans who still supported the whole festival in Crossbar.
