Untitled Part 8

I had thought not to put any target but seeing the response I have no other options left. Next part only after 150+ votes. 

"We got an album deal from O2. We have to perform in front of the manager and owner tomorrow, then they will finalize everything." Manik exclaimed. He was so happy, it was clearly seen on his face.

"I know." I muttered slowly but loud enough for Manik to hear.

Manik frowned hearing I knew about the album. He was confused. "How? Fab4 told you?"

"No." I replied looking down remembering what happened in the college.

Flashback
I was roaming in the corridor after my conversation with Navya. I was walking when I heard a bunch of student talking about someone getting an album from O2. I heard them carefully to know who it is. Then I got to know its Fab5. I was so happy for them specially Manik.

Last time they lost their album opportunity because of me. I was going to look for Manik when I heard them speaking again and this time its about me.

"Did you guys heard about Nandini and pandit ji?" I stopped there only to know what everyone thinks. I really wanted to know.

"Yeah. It has been the breaking news. My parents were also asking about her." One of them spoke.

"What do you think, was pandit ji really at fault? I don't think so. He didn't seem to be a person like this." One of the girls added. I couldn't believe this they still think that man is innocent.

Like seriously!!!

"Me too, yaar. Look at Nandini what was she doing so late at that isolated place? She was alone with Manik, I think though they are claiming whole Fab5 was there but that's a lie. She doesn't seem to be like that what she shows. You know that saanskri type!" They laughed talking about me. I was holding back my tears with great difficulty.

"Hmm. Now a days she is always with Manik or Fab5 which is really shocking. I don't know what's cooking between them." I was about to leave but this again forced me to stop.

"I think she trapped pandit ji for attention and now Manik too. Manik is so rich and famous too."

"But I think Manik likes Nandini. Didn't you see how he behaves when Nandini is around? He is behaving different off late."

"Yeah. But Nyonika mam is also involved. Isn't that shocking?"

"I think all of them are trapped. Soon Manik will get bored of her and leave her, after all, she is not his type. Who will want to be with a girl like her? Manik was with Alya for 7 years and still they broke up. So, I doubt Manik and Nandini having any future together."  This froze me to my place and the tears I was holing back from a long time fell down. I couldn't hold back myself.

"Yeah. They are so different."

"Manik will be busy with the albums soon and eventually I think they will fall apart."

I couldn't hear anything more. Only the thought of Manik leaving me was roaming in my mind. I won't be able to live without him.

All the negatives thoughts which were coming in my mind made me actually scared. But I removed them forcefully. I know my Manik isn't like others. He will never leave me. He loves me more than I love him.
